Kurt man, this was truly an endurance ride...How's the CBR aftr the long tiring ride? I'm just confused on buying a CBR or an R15.This ride of yours surely made me think of taking a CBR as the torquey engine will be very helpful in the hills especially that slushy mud terrains.aint it?

The low end tourque coupled with the FI is a blessing in disguise. I used to ascend Baralacha la at 20-30 on by Xtreme. It did the same on the CBR at 70-80. At that's 16,000 feet! So yes, it does help!

The ceeber is fine. Modern day engines are capable of withstanding long riding hours, at a stretch. So no issues.

              Thanks guys!

@Prateek - was busy in work, in and out of the country. Have found some time finally to ride. Will complete my pending logs, and write another pretty soon
