    Sir ji, it's not about letting down yaar. I can definitely count on you. Why I said so is because the ride is still on papers with no major progress. That's why I said I'll keep you posted once I start preparing a plan and all

                Congratulations Ketan, its good to see an SS completed with a certificate(off-late heard or seen a lot of guys claiming to have completed so)...

                Indeed a great milestone for any Tourer-biker ..

                    Hey thanks for posting the pic. Yes, I was aware of it. I was constantly in touch with the IBA personnel and I was informed via email that my name has been updated.

                    PS: Sorry, couldn't reply to your sms the other day. I was in Goa at that time and the place where I was living had some serious network problems. Take care! Ride Safe!

                      i was looking at the Pic in the earlier post only to notice rest all the name mentioned there have actullay completed the SS on 1000 or 1100 or more powerfull engine. and the least powerful machine in the list is your.. followed by GT650 at 2nd least powerful... man that is +10

                          Thanks Buddy! My eye is absolutely fine now.. Fine enough to help me complete a 1950+ kms solo ride last week..

                          Yeah.. both you guys are correct. Most of the successful rides are done on much more powerful machines. I haven't been to any foreign country as yet but from what I know, other developed countries have much better(surface, safety and sign posting) roads than what we have in India. Which makes riders over there a bit easier to attempt/complete such rides. But then in those countries speed limit rules are followed very strictly. Lot of points to be considered.. But yeah.. at the end, it feels good to have my and my 150cc bike's name in that list...
