The roads are good most of the way, with a few exceptions of course. However, for a biker, it is very much rideable albeit a little risky at times. If you do plan to ride there, don't grow over-confident at any moment of time.

Ya, that's absolutely true..now that we have got used to all these luxuries..we wont be able to cope up with the not so luxurious life out there.

But, one can think of such an option after the retirement though..wat say..?

However, I'll share a few details and photographs on this thread itself, for information sake, once I am back in Delhi tomorrow (26th January!) evening.

@ Aryan: Then the P220 S is THE bike for you coz it has the same looks as a 200..so when ever u see it you would image it to be ur (previous) 200 only..but in terms of power you would feel a bit more than usual.

All the best for your trip.

@Inder: There is no mystery as such. Just want to go there and see for myself how the place is, in actual, before posting it up here.

As for your second query, yes, a great deal of why I want to get some other motorcycle is because the P200 is giving me intermittent problems off-late.

P.S: I'll surely get some macros (and landscapes ofcourse).

You don't need to "guess" Kurt. I had already talked to you at length about this, over PMs and when you had actually come to Delhi.

Yes, I'll definitely get some photographs. I just hope the weather allows me to get the different hues of landscape shots that I am after!
