none of the options would give you peace of mind with the R15.

At least, when you try to change the tyres, check for two criterion of you don't want to loose the character of the bike.
      - try to get a round profile tyre instead of buttoned one
      - try to get a little softer compound one

Saluja Tyres in Bhopal has good variety of Michelins.

For front the 100/90 18 Sirac is an upgrade to 2.75 18. Its a "FRONT ONLY" tyre. This tyre is not available. In case you are interested, do let me know.

          • guys,i have a Q regarding the Tyre pressure for my FZ.
well basically the nearest petrol pump is far enough to get my tires "hot" so im not able to set the pressure on "cold" tire.
the recommended tire pressure is 28/33...so what should be the value for a "hot" tire?

            thank you

                • Need help for getting M45 michelin tyre for my Karizma

Thanks for all for replying for my query regardign selecting back tyre for my Karizma for getting
better grip on wet tarmac for my 5 day road trip .
Now the problem is as many suggested i decided to go for Michelin M 45 4 * 18 .But it is not at all
avaialable in chenaai . i enquired many places but cannot find it . Some has 3* 18 but it dosnt suit my
                  bike(less than sotck size) .
So i have decide to go for MRF Zapper Q 110/90 * 18 . But i want to know the detials fo the same.
beign my stock size 100/90 *18 , do i have to remove my Chain cover to install Zappe Q 110/90 * 18 ?
Have any one tried 110/90 * 18 in Karizma ? (i have seen Karizma with 120/80 nad 100/90(stock) but i
                  have never seen any 110/90 *18 ) .
i would liek to knwo is 110/90 * 18 zapper Q is a direct fit for my Zma without removign chain guard.
i dont want to go for 120/80 since i dont want such heavy/wide tyre taht may drop my accelaration /Top
                  end/ mileage..
i would like to know Zapper Q 's performace on Wet roads..
Most imporatantly if any one know any place in tamilnadu/kerala/andrapradesh/karnatka where i can get
m45 michelin that will be great.i can happily go for micheln m 45 without any doubt or question

                            • Planning to change tyres on my Suzuki Fiero. Up-sizing I know improves grip, but how does it affect handling and speed. I guess, these parameters would be altered as tyre diameter would change when up-sized?

My bikes uses stock sizes of 2.75-18 front and 3.00-18 rear. Planning for MRF Zapper FS 2.75-18 front and MRF Zapper C 3.00-18 rear. Also, considering M45s same sizes. Michelin also has a M45 3.25-18. Is this a viable option? Why? Why Not?

I guess the spoked wheels cannot take tubeless tyres. Look for any option in tubed type tyres, they should do good.
