    As per my research:-
    Grip - Michelin (If you compare with same type of products)
    Reliability- Both (Although, Michelin is starting to get few bad reviews after its partnership with TVS)
    VFM- MRF

      brother, both MRF and Michelin have good grip and are reliable.
      I think MRFs are a little bit cheaper and they are easily available even in the small cities, whereas Michelin and Pirellis are a bit more expensive and they are not easily available in small towns. So I think MRF should be value for money.

        Lot of tyre shops do the rubber patching from inside the tyre. It works perfectly, and is dead cheap compared to price of tyres. I had done it in all my past bikes, and didn't face a single problem in terms of reliability, stability etc.

        Still, if you insist on changing tyres anyway, then go for fz's front mrf tyre. It has good vfm and grip. But you should research a lot before buying the rear tyre. Mrf revz is average in terms of grip, though it's light weight and will last long. You can also look at Michelin or Pirelli. But, personally I prefer grip over all other factors. That's why I installed Pirelli SD for my rear, and I couldn't be more satisfied in terms of grip!

          Tyre can easily go for another 2-3k kms, however cracks have started to appear at few places. Moreover, I wanna move from EUROGRIPS after using them for more than 17.5k.
          Yes, I will be going for FZ V2's front tyre. Are you sure about MRF REVZ because I have heard a lot of good reviews about it, especially regarding grip on dry surface. It seems, wet grip is the only issue with it. I anyway ride very cautiously during rain so it shouldn't be a problem. When did you install Pirelli SD & for how much ?

            my experience with slime.

            here is my tyre experience with slime. it was two month ago i bought this slime in flatter and tubeless tyre sealant 473ml from ebay.
            i pour 230ml sealant half of bottle in mrf revz 140/60. this tyre has already clocked 18k km. all is working well. after one month soon i realize tyre deflates slowly when i park my bike at night. i take motorcycle to tyre repair shop to inspect the leak. they opened my tyre, check recheck with soap mixed water but found nothing.
            from then on, i inflates tyre in morning, every night tyre deflates to 10psi.
            today i went to another tyre repair shop. they check my tyre, found no leaks. i told them i have slimed this tyre few days ago. they remove tyre from rim. clean slime with surf excel. put back tyre to rim, recheck again for leaks. this time they found two leaks. now my bike is okay.

            to me slime sealant neither lock the leaks nor expose the leak for further repair.

                Can anybody tell me the price for MRF Zapper 100/80 17 (FZ front tyre) price in Mumbai. A tyre dealer quoted Rs. 2100.

                  The tyre, zapper fx 100/80 17 costs 1650 from authorized mrf dealer here in Jammu. But now the tyre available is zapper fx1 (which comes with new fz). Maybe they have increased its price.

                    Can anybody suggest me... Using a MRF tube size 100/90 in impulse rear ceat tyre size 110/90 is a good idea or is it important that size should be same?

                      Went to a shop to check new tyres for my NS. I had few surprises while speaking with the owner. First when I asked him about MRF tyres he said those are not good and very prone to punctures, nobody is using them nowadays. And they are not keeping the stock as well.. I think these sellers don't get enough margin on MRFs... Then he referred me to the continental tyre, which comes with CBR 250, while it's 140 section, he said me to go for it. I poured some of my knowledge about tyres but he was not satisfied and pushed me to go for continental. Are these really good tyres? Comparing with Eurogrips, how is the performance?

                        Contigos are very bad in wet. No grip at all. Atleast MRF are better in that. Go to another dealer or look out for Michelins

                            I saw a MRF zapper FQ on a dazzler on my way home yesterday, the tyre looked really neat with rounder profile.
                            Any one using this?

                              Metzeler tyres with ISI mark are just not available. Grey imports of the Interact M5 are retailing for Rs.25000/- a pair. Recently I changed my tyres to Contigo (continental) and had suffered immediate and severe front tyre wobble. The compound is hard on the continental's and all-in-all was a terrible decision. Changed now to MRF on, my Ninja and viola, all problems vanished.
