Can I go with 100/90 18 tube? Or what are the problems I will face?

installing tube will not solve the problem. if you want better grip you have to be careful with punctures. otherwise go for hard compound which needs sacrifice in grip but longer life.

Installing tube is a bad idea

what about your HH Hunk. Any problems with engine like tappet noise or something. Which engine oil you are using?

adjust the tappets with feeler gauge very accurately. check timing chain and crankshaft bearings.

Guys need some urgent help. My rear tire had a small puncture when the odo was 3k kms. Now at 10k kms, air is leaking from the old puncture.

How to fix it? I have a 1000kms trip coming this weekend.

Don't want any hiccups for the ride.

              P. S: I ride a 390, rear tire is stock Metzeler.

The old puncture filler should be of less thickness. now just use puncture filler of some large thickness. it is available with tyre shops. the previous puncture filler will be pushed inside the tyre and the filler with larger thickness seals the hole. gudlck for ur ride

How safe is that? I'm planning to try Mushroom plugs. Since I maintain speeds between 100 and 120, I'm worried about the stability.

if there is a crack which is advancing slowly as a reason for leak then large thickness sealant may not solve the problem. its a safe way to stop a leak once it is set dried then there are no chances of leak.

I ignored him but yesterday rear tyre was flat again. Is it normal for tubeless tyres to survive big holes ? Should i replace my tyre ? If yes, then please suggest a good option. Budget less than 4k. Bike is less than 6k km run.
I would also suggest you to the tube, cheap and better option since the threads of the tires look ok to me ,you might run in for another 10k kms and in the meantime look for a good deal for the new tire of your choice.
                            RIP Marco

I don't want any hassle later as stock tyre is already slippery so i am going for MRF revz s.

                              • REar Tyre upgrade for CBR 150R

I have a 2 and half years old cbr 150r, 17k kms done. The rear tyre has already got 5 punctures, and looks pretty old now (but there is no problems in gripping), I am planning to install a bigger one - 140mm (stock is 130/70 x 17) . Please suggest/ advise on the below queries

                                1) How frequent do we need to change the tyres.
                                2) Which brand should i go for
                                3) Exact specification for the new tyre size.
                                4) Wil this upgrade ruins my bike mileage and performance. Thanks
