No. This size is not available in PilotSporty. 120/90 17 SIRAC is available. Pilot Sporty is currently available in 100/90 18 and with select dealers in 110/90 17.

                    • @GoGreen, is michelin going to introduce just a couple of new sizes, or they are going to launch an array of sizes specific to Indian bikes?
I will be happy to see a set of tires available for the R15 with stock specs (80/90*17 front and 100/80*17 rear).
                      Thanks in advance!

We will introduce more size, but it will take time as we have entered the market recently.

                          • My friend has an fz16 and is currently running on the stock 140sec MRF tire for the rear. The tire is in a bad state as he ran the tire for a long time without checking for the air, finally one day the tire started wobbling as if there was no air left and since then he has had trouble with the rear tire. There are no punctures, still air keeps leaking out of the tire eveyday. He has to fill up his tire before going to office and during the 8 hours office time the air leaks out so he has to fill her up again.

We have taken the bike to multiple puncture wallas and even a goodyear tire dealer shop but none of them have given up a solution to this problem apart from putting in a tube (which totally negates the pros of a tubeless tire) or changing the tire itself as it is worn out un-evenly.

Hence I'm looking for replacement options for him. He needs a 130-140 sec tire which gives good grip on slush and in the wet too. He is basically a commuter and does not crave corners, hence can sacrifice on cornering abilities of the tire. What are the options available for these needs?

PS: The current tire has run 14000 kms

Also, will there be any problems if we fit a 130 sec tire onto the rear rim of fz which comes with a 140 sec as stock?
A good long ride can clear your mind, restore your faith, and use up a lot of fuel.

I have been having this same problem especially under hard braking...is it because the tyre is getting old now?? :S. It is a little less confidence inspiring. The tyre is now +10,000 kms old...

Have now loosened the brakes a bit so lets see if that helps.
