    Now The Big part ..

In the directive it asked clearly all the dealers to replace these body kits with all the existing R15's which are under warranty FREE of cost

Now how much the True part here i really don't know .. this info i got from one of showroom's manager during casual talk .. i didn't even asked him abt new bikes from yamaha or New R15

But allso, if it is true, thumbs down to Yamaha. I agree with Akhil's point here - why discriminate between someone whose bike is still under warrany, & someone who's isn't. Afterall, all have bought bikes from Yamaha.
Man, is this a speculation or a joke?
Anyway, let's wait&watch. Either ways I'll have to shell out money as my bike is long out of warranty period!

    • will the brand XCD from Bajaj make a come back ???
maybe the XCD135 with Discover like scoop mounted indicators and a bit of cosmetic charge............might not be exclusively needed but still DTS-Si is a Fuel efficient variant of Bajaj engines.

Pulsar135LS and Pulsar150 DTSi does good for the sporty line-up

      similarly

XCD135 DTS-Si and Discover 150 DTSi would do wonders for the commuter side too !!!!

Or it has decided to revamp the weird looks of the blown out of proportions bike and bring it to final launch with a better nomenclature.

If done, that would be a very wise decision from mahindra's part.

            • with the cbr available for 1.5 lacs who on earth will buy the mojo. even the company owner wont buy this bike for himself or his son. he would rather prefer cbr or ninja.

XCD is the current generation P135. They wont bring another 'sporty' 135!

It may also be a tough trick to pull for them, I hope the Mojo does well and it cuts down on the price and undercuts the Honda!

Few people who would like exclusivity and love to experiment..........honestly speaking,it will lure Scorpio customers with a flair for biking too and Mojo is no slouch, being a 300cc it delivers performance similar to a CB300R on the paper.
The only bad taste is its name and its tank design.

@satyenpoojary: Poojary ji .....I know P135LS share engine parts with the XCD.But there is a lot of difference between them.
135LS engine is tuned for a 4V DTSi technology with good performance and relatively lower FE.
XCD 135 on the other hand was a simple FE friendly DTS-Si engine.Who despite sporting a 135cc engine used to do only 100 kmph at its best like few 100cc or 125cc around, but had enviable low end torque......only because it was high on economy.

Bajaj and TVS has shown what some Indian companies can do

And Mahindra has bought a company which once used to market and tune the Hyosung Comet 250 for India

Also Mahindra is the only Indian company which has really developed a 125cc MotoGP machine and is to participate in MotoGP where even HRC particpates.

Its not about comparing an established player to a newbie in the market, its all about praising the guts of the newbie which dares to go its own way despite being new and not following trends that the Big 4 often does follow in India.

And truly speaking, when it comes to motorcycles, its all guts over accepted norms.......even Valentino Rossi ditched the supremely reliable Honda RCV in favour of a retarded YZRM1.......and he created history on it.

Correction: Mahindra has bought the Design House (Engines Engineering) which had aready developed 125 cc MotoGP bikes before Mahindra had bought it.
