R1060 will fit the 180. You will need to up jet for proper results. Do not expect the bike to do 150 kph after installation. General plugs will do. Up jetting with a free flow filter will increase your acceleration fairly. Millage will slightly decrease.

        First go for RC-1100

There is no such difference b/w both these.Only main difference is that RC-1100 comes pre oiled and had metallic cap with K & N embossed on it's top.

Secondly,RC-1060 comes dry with oil in a pouch .You can oil it easily on your own.It has plastic cap with K & N Embossed on it.

Acc. to my opinion go for RC-1060 b'coz wh to pay a few 100 bucks for the work that you can do easily.I was also using it i my RX 100.And remember both are conical in shape and don't forget to register it on k & n website.

don't go for the K&n alone..jetting is absolutely required or else it will mess up your engine. r-1060 is enough for p180 costs around 1700-1800/- and do go for a tuned free flow exhaust with k&n for better results

You could go to ramkot and ask JHANGHIR mechanic. That fellow does this work. He wont charge you more than 100 bugs. Any normal mechanic could do that. Even you can do that with ease. Just cut the pipe going to the air filter and then fix the K&N Filter... C dat u tighten the screws properly and and there is no air escape

Jetting is no rocket science man. Depending on the Filter used and the size of the stock jet, upjet the carb to a few sizes. It is a purely trial and error based. The guys who are into this know better as they know the right combinations which they learn through trial and error through a series of trials on many many bikes. It can be done even at home provided u know stripping a Carburetor. The K&N filter can be fit by anyone. Its very simple. But u would have to get rid of the airfilter box for it.

Rc1060 exactly costs 1790 in hyd and you must spend another 150 rs for jet .... Try out the jet which suits ur bike the best and the mechanic cost depends but it should not be very costly .... Go to any bike mechanic shop in ramkoti and ask for the guy to install k&n it isnt much of a deal i do it myself though and for jetting just check some shops around ..... Good lyck
