Yeah, great service. Placed an online order for replacing my busted front numberplate on Sunday, 20th June, 2010, and the numberplate is already in my hands.

I ordered the rear plate for my ninja from Utsav and it was delivered in a day or two. Looks great and at night the background is highly reflective which adds to the safety aspect as well.

Cost me 381 bucks incl. taxes. Fixed it on the bike with titanium finished bolts and looks cool.

Had a tough time removing the stock plates as the bolts were very tight.

Hello guys.

Please tell me which section in our law states that we should have number printed only on a number plate on the front side of the bike.
i mean mine is r15 and i have pasted the number on the mud guard..
i want to know about the section and hope one of you have enough knowledge about it.

Ordered number plate for my P220 F today(1/9/10)... both front and back... Always wanted one of those but didn't know where to order them from...

Definitely you can. FZ, Fazor and R15 use number plates on the visor.

Bro till now they are not making those plates. They are making similar anti-theft plates. Which lacks the RTO self-destructive sticker & the india logo and the non-removable fasteners. Otherwise the plates are the same.

UTSAV is not manufacturing & marketing High Security Registration Plates (HSRP), it can only be sold once the State Government Authorises to sell HSRP in the respective State, currently UTSAV is only manufacturing and selling Smart Vehicle Number Plates which are International quality number plates

What you got is probably Anti-Theft Smart Number Plates.

There are no two thoughts about it. These IND number plates are introduced by the Govt. and are supposed to be used all around.

On June 1, 2005, the Government of India introduced High Security Registration (HSR) number plates which are tamper proof. All new motorised road vehicles that came into the market after that need to adhere to the new plates, while existing vehicles have been given two years to comply. Features incorporated include the number plate having a patented chromium hologram; a laser numbering containing the alpha-numeric identification of both the testing agency and manufacturers and a retro-reflective film bearing a verification inscription "India" at a 45-degree inclination. The characters are embossed on the plate for better visibility. The letters "IND" are printed in a light shade of blue on the observers left side under the hologram.

Dont know that IND is essential on Number plates,
I have IND no. plate on My Glamour but nothing on both P150 and P220 and i haven't question till yet.

And as far as I know the '▼' shape number plates are illegal

yes, they are illegal but i still see them in delhi and dehradun regularly.
