ok Ganesh, just because of you I will try doing it myself, you will have to help me understand further

1st thing to be done - 6V to 12V
CDI / Wiring Kit, 90/100 lights

tell me step by step, i will do it, had a message to Chinoy (RDD) he had suggested to go with stock CDI instead of RDD CDI.

RX100 wiring will not suit the combination of RXG 12v oil plate. If you are going for 12v coil plate it will suit not suit the wiring harness of RX100 as their connecting socket is completely non-compatible so their CDI too.

Ramesh, recently I've converted my RX100 to 12v. How?
1. Things to buy - RXG wiring harness (Minda is one option or OE)
2. RXG/RX135 CDI (socket compatibility)
3. RDD Lighting kit or RX135 with RR unit.

To my knowledge if you have RX135 or RDD lighting kit with you, take it to the shop and buy the RXG wiring harness and check for the socket. Damn! I got clean bowled once.

Not sure about FI bikes ........... you may need to check on that ............. you may try Nandkishor (aka Nandu Ji) at 98711-59359 ............ he is at Rohini Sec 11. The only reason I am offering his name here is because he is a responsible guy ! and as far as I know he will be back in Delhi by 24-25th May. Do let me know your experience
