He guys.
I have a Bajaj RS200, 2.8k km old. At my first oil change the service center used motul 3100t instead of the bajaj DTSi oil. I can confirm that it was a sealed bottle.
I now want to put new oil since my next service is at 5k km.and there is no harm in changing oil frequently.
I am not sure which oil to use, whether to go for fully synthetic now or stick to semi synthetic and after 5k km switch to full synthetic.I have heard people recommend motul 5100(ss) but this oil is 15W50, is there a noticeable difference between 20w50 3100t and 15w50 5100? I have also browsed for other brands and have read some positive reviews too. I know its difficult to recommend the best since one has to use different oils and then compare. but how are these following brands ? has anyone had personal experience or knows someone who has good experience with the following oils?
1.Gulf pride 20w50. Not sure if its synthetic or mineral
2.Valvoline 4t premium 20w50
3.Castrol power 1
Also i wanted to know if 15w50 is OK for the bike since bajaj has recommended 20w50 dtsi oil which is mineral and most 20w50 oils available are mineral. My daily riding to work is less than 2km one way in almost zero traffic and once or twice a month ill do a nonstop 200km max round trip. Will 15w50 oil, which is less viscous at lower temperature be beneficial for my type of riding? Most of the 15w50 oils are of synthetic blends and easier to find.
any insights will be appreciated.

regards

so for 380 rs it's an awesome deal. For motul 5100 I would say its not that great for impulse engine. But Gulf so far is the best oil I ever used. It's sooooo smooth. My bike never felt so silent and smooth. I strongly recommend it to hero moto Corp and honda engines.
, sir gulf me kidhar bhi nahi milega (you won't get it anywhere.) But I knew I am more informed then those sellers so kept looking and was ready to buy two bottles but surprisingly I got it in mira road that too a 1L bottle.
