someone on the forum mentioned something costing some peso, and I assumed the site was from mexico. Now that you mention it, philippine currency is also peso I remembered. Anyways It does not help if we can't understand the language. Can you translate ?? Is GToil originally from Philippines ?

Mostly users switch to FS after around 7-10k kms. So to avoid leaks should we change to synthetic before that time (Say 5k kms) when the engine parts are not fully polished and bedding in has not completed ??
During running in period it is best to stick to Mineral as the parts are getting worn and getting into proper tolerances..but there are exceptions wherein bikes come with Synthetic oil as new. These bike engine will benefit by continuing with the Synth oil.
For engines which come with mineral oil as new, it is best to try Semi Synth after 6 K Kms and if no leak or oil consumption noticed switch to FS,and observe. It is a trial and error method, and what works for one bike need not for another.

If this GT oil indeed stands up to it's claims then this would be of immense help to every roadgoing vehicle, let alone us bikers. But right now we need an official or unofficial, unbiased performance analysis report for the product. What makes us suspicious is the way you are talking about the ingredients. I seem to recall many years back I saw in newspapers, a guy named romor pillai claimed to have invented a fuel better than petroleum products, but close scrutiny proved it to be a hoax. No offense, but this situation looks quite the same.....

JASO MA spec is the starting point of identifying the requirement for Two wheelers with wet clutch....Then it was found that there are Newer bikes with Catcon and older ones without Catcon..so the standard was split into MA1 and MA2 with MA2 giving protection to Catcon also with less phosphor etc., ...additives that will become dangerous to Catcon's function....By and large the MA2 also gives better temperature stability..ie., modern engines are subject to sudden increase in operating temperature ,and also develop hot spots within engine due to quicker Acceleration of Engine.
                      Hence MA2 spec is better.

                                Hi,

either it is bike or car according to the kind of vehicle / make / Type the oil viscosity recommendation differs,

                                for some cars the recommended range is 5W-30, or 10 W - 30 or 15 W40

in other term it ranges from 0 W to 50

How GTOil fits in to all this different viscosity grade levels ?.
