Guys.. I am new to this forum..thanks to everyone for sharing their experience here. i have just read few pages in this thread.. I am living in chennai. i have booked CBR 150R Vibarant Orange color yesterday. hoping to get in hands in one month. before that i want to purchase a helmet. i dont have much knowledge in helmet. i am looking for a very good helmet. my budget is around 2000 rs.
can you guys please suggest me what type of helmet will suit for this bike ?. i am not a racer. i travel 20 km per day . and also when i ride my bike i want my face to be visible to others. (to be honest i just want to impress girls & my friends with my new bike)
also please suggest where can i get more information about helmets and better to go for online shopping or offline.. types of helmets and price. if there is any links ?

You can get a Vega Boolean for that price.. and for a little more, you'll get a cross..
I'd (and most here) would recommend against online shopping for a helmet.. you should try it on before you go for it.

I used the Boolean for a year and I liked it

Isnt 3800 a bit steep for ls2 non air pump version ? i get ls2 here at cochin for 2800(now) and 2500 before(i bought mine for 2500)

Nice buy there, bud. And though the price is a tad steeper than the usual bunches out there, I guess it just has to do with the retail mindset. For that helmet it mustn't exceed 2.8 to 3k MAX, but 800 is still speculative.

That aside, different retailers have different prices. So let's chuck that aside.

If you can, just post a simple review of how the helmet performs.
