Safety is my first concern.But also want Bluetooth inbuilt where i can take calls while riding. And some music too sometime on long highway rides
Came up with one Ls2 ff310...looking for some more suggestions before making the final decision

Well thanks for all the information here and the expert advices! Now to my questions, this might have been repeated zillion number of times on this forum, please excuse me if i its already been addressed and try to help answer me!

1) I have a small head, I dont see any SMALL sizes available on flipkart/snapdeal/amazon for the SOL/LS2/MT helmets! does any of the stores sell them or they dont import these sizes at all, what are my chances of getting a small good helmet in HYDERABAD? i can spend around 5K if i get one for my liking! Please suggest.

2)There is a thread i bumped into about the Originality of the LS2 Helmets, for that matter all the imported helmets. some one please advice from their ownership experience which ones are authentic!

3) Any checklist availalbe or things to note before making a helmet purchase ( again on identify the fakes in the market).

Please help me, now after going through this forum, i am not all interested in going for vega/studds and others. Sorry, i dont have anything against them infact i use vega eclipse and it served me well. but i think its time to go for a better protection!!

Appreciate your responses and will be looking at this thread every 5 mins in desperation for answers!!

LS2 is best left alone as it is almost impossible to spot the fakes !
Small sizes are imported and a visit to the local 'authorized' helmet distributor should have you hooked to the correct size of a genuine helmet.
Check the websites of the brands for distributor list near your place. If there is no list. Use the 'contact us' link and ask them for the name of the distributors in India and proceed.

The SPG Kranos is one option that comes to my mind with respect to your requirements. Also the MT range. SOLs maybe.

All Helmets come in small but the availability is questionable. Visit Spartan ProGear | Contact us to find authorized seller of SPG in Hyderabad - there' no moto101 but your queries should be satisfactorily answered, I presume.

LS2 is a controversial topic; let's leave it at that. Try looking at the authentic ones available - Kranos & MT, slightly higher ones like the AGV and HJC and ICON etc.

All the previous certifications, benchmarks, thumb rules have been proven wrong at one point of time or the other, in the Indian market. The best approach is to go with the authorized & genuine sellers, IMHO.

Hi guys,I bought MT axxis geo 3 helmet from Spartanprogear online.Received yesterday through firstflight courier after a week but there is a problem.It seems to be a defective one.anyway I noticed a small crack on the back of the helmet.i feel a roughness when i moved my fingers through this part.I have attached the images.please tell me if this could be a safety issue.
