Dear Bikers, I just got a LS2 Tron Helmet. Please help me identifying whether its original product or a fake

As long as there is an e9 logo nearthe chin strap or on visor,and with a number code which starts with05 its a genuine one,

Please do not quote the entire picture set or set of paragraphs when replying, edit them so then are reduced to two or a single line

I actually went through the entire Fake LS2 thread before the purchase. But the only online mentioned seller on that thread is OOS. So took a chance.

As long as there is an e9 logo nearthe chin strap or on visor,and with a number code which starts with05 its a genuine one,

Please check the new set of pics, if more info. is required please let me know..


1st pic. is from the back of the helmet, then the insides, near the strap & finally the visor.

Hi, The ls2 helmets are ece certified. As you can see that there is ece r 22-05 certification on the helmet. As per certification also there should be weight mentioned with +-50. Also you can see the e9 logo on the helmet strap. These are the reasons for my conclusion. Also the glass has a sticker which has information with various languages of different countries. I hope this helped.

Oh thats great. But cant they put on the same stickers & stuff on fakes ? Just asking otherwise you would know better, Im just a noob when it comes to this!

I think you can make out with the make quality and fitting itself. You must have seen normal low cost helmets. I bet the finish and product quality you can easily make out wuth a good product. Also i suppose if you are still in doubts just weigh your helmet. Dont think fake can match all quality and weight.

Quite right, overall quality doesnt make me feel like its a fake. Will weigh it up today & check.

1 MT BLADE series
2 SOL SL68 series
I would suggest SOL . By way which bike [emoji3] .

I checked out both these helmets as my primary choice too. Sol is a bit on the heavy side in my opinion. I bought mt. May be the dealer here not having any good good color graphics choice on the sol might also have affected my judgment .

You can also try Kranos helmet which comes around 3500.
Also ls2 helmets whichever suits you. Something like Ls2 FF 358 volverine which comes with air pump to fit better.
