Is SparX a better brand than LS2

Did you read the sentence where I mentioned that if I missed any helmet, let me know. On top of that, I personally have seen very few THH helmets, so kept it away from the list.

Now if you have seen I just mentioned Axor from Vega, which is atleast better than those roadside helmets and falls in the specified range too.

If you are in Delhi, head to Mahalaxmi or Chopra, they still have Sparx and in the same range, but yes those are old stock. Rather I went to chopra a month back, he had Pow graphic with him.

Same way for you Vega came as a shock, new lot of LS2 is same to me, I wont recommend anyone a helmet thats still finding a suitable answer to prove that they are genuine.

Now coming to the shit brand, i.e. in your opinion, I just mentioned what brands fall under that price range, whats wrong if SOL have a big range?

You have a problem with Vega and SOL, go ahead buy some other brand.

Also, it is somewhat strange that Amazon and Snapdeal sell SparX POW (and others, for that matter) for 6K, and you say that they are available for 3.5K at Chopra/Mahalaxmi (BTW, Mahalaxmi = The Helmet Shoppe, or is it different). Can you really confirm the huge price difference?

My point was that you almost mentioned every single helmet of SOL. Surely every helmet they make can't be nice.

Vega : I mentioned just Axor, which many people have used, and is quite good from all the models that they have. If you dont like Vega, you could have usually ignored the post.

Btw Helmet Shoppe is in East Delhi , Mahalaxmi is in Karol Bagh. Price difference can be because of many things, old models, not giving VAT bill, etc.

I am searching for Sparx helmet for my touring purpose and I like the old Master series (I think) Yellow colored helmet with a big Bee flying on the sides. Its the old model. In the new model the Bee will aggressive. Old model it will be nice. Thanks.

SL-68S II METAL MAN VS Ls2 Full Face Helmet Corsa

Hi

I got my new Duke 390. Now I am looking for a good helmet. I am puzzled between these two helmets. Budget is not issue but I need to choose between these two. Metal Man is really really good design wise and also build is solid. LS2 is also good.. its orange and also cheaper then Metal Man


Metal man - I like design most and also DOT approved.
LS2 Corsa - Cheaper and lighter in weight.

Is metal man really heavier then Corsa? One of my friend told me that SOL helmets are really heavier then LS2

I cant find any weight info for Metal Man but I searched lot on web and this forum. I guess its 1.8KG and for Ls2 is 1.4KG? According to you, Its lot lighter and just 200gms different if so then I will definitely buy Metal Man
