@jadhav92: Fits real good. Is comfortable near the ears too so wearing ur earphones is not a problem.

Me too...have ordered for the 2.5K Vega helmet. Donno what its called, but it fits great!
P.S. Thought of disposing my existing helmets, but have planned to keep all 3 now!

I'm stuck between Vega 2.5k helmet vs Studds Rhino from CBZ, heard that the studds is not much comfortable in the ear part.....

Ask caravikiran for the 2.5K Vega&Tron05 for the Studds Rhyno. I asked HydBiker the same question&he suggested me the Vega.

Yes buddy, initially he quoted 3.5 to me also. I confirmed with Lohit. Then when I asked him again, he said 3.5K is for the designer. The plain ones are 2.5K only. I have ordered the plain glossy black.

P.S. You bought a Daijya, why do you want this 'cheap' one then?

Lot of time i felt this cheap helmet is better than my cheaper daijya helmet!

Damn.....at times i regret y did i go for this cheapest daijaya.......but when ppl.....esp my office ppl give a uuuhhhh.....awwww lookin at the helmet(my manager says my bike is my wife and my mobile is my keep) i feel this cheapest is not cheap at all!



My bro wanted a blue daijya.....i was suggesting him the vega helmet......but is'nt a 1krs diff for the plain and designer too much?

I never understood the difference between the Daijya&Marushin ones actually. Whatever it is, it does look posh! In case you don't like it, you can sell it here...I tried doing the same, but no buyers for a Boolean/half face, so I decided to keep them!
Regarding the Vega, yes, I feel a 1K difference is too much so I'm getting the solid color. Looks like RaviKiran got it for less from Balaji Helmets at Bangalore. I tried telling Biking Terminal Pratap that, but he was confident that Balaji overprices&then pretends to discount!
How much did you spend on the Daijya btw? I saw a few still lying at Pearl. I think DSG doesn't stock them anymore-they seem to have got Marushin helmets for a mind blowing price! I feel the best option is SparX from Performance Racing Store for about 6K. Wrote to the Manager. Will think of it in case I go for a 250!

hello ppl so heres is my first post !!!

after reading about 100 pages on helmets i finally brought a cross for 2500
the fits real gud ,paddings removable ...

Well till last night I was left with just one option - Vega helmets - as my budget was tiny 1200-1500/- But late last night my cousin Sis came home with her Husband.. Discussed this thing with them that m guying an helmet tomorrow..just casually.. And ended up with sis's husband's best friend's contact number. He owns an agency.. god knows what's the name.. But believe it or not.. I was offered this helmet for half price..straight 50% discount That's y I paid only 1000 bucks for this one while the Original price being 2000 Rs.

If I had to buy one properly from a shop, other options I checked were an AGV for 2750/- Vega boolean for 1950/-(wasn't fitting well to my broad head) Daijya for 5600/-(way way out of my budget)

One of the closest to this one was from Index for 2000/-(fitting was fine..but design wasn't that gr8 also the fit n finish wasn't as good as this one)

He also showed me one helmet costing 52000/- I mean what the ****..52000/- I think it was AGV or Arai.. not sure..

He said this helmet is a copy of what Rossi uses/used to wear.. Is it ture..? Coz i dunno.. Mere liye toh bas fitting and price is imp...


And bout those GPR gloves.. I got those as a price in a competition.. anyone knows what's the price of those gloves? Coz I hav no idea.. But m happy..
