BTW, look our for an ISI helmet, make a similar sticker from a sticker shop and stick it to ur helmet.
According to the rule, ISI mark is supposed to be imprinted by the manufacturer, not as a sticker. If any roadside helmet shops come to know this could be done, all the roadside helmets would have implemented this strategy!

Dude why go to Balaji ? My cousin's shop is just opposite to MTR, go there & give my reference. Give me a call if you want to go, my number is 9845123554. I think the best one to go for would be CROSS helmet, in that price range. Terrordrone's already visited the shop( Megha Enterprises).

                he he ... sort of!

We get good helmets that exceed ISI standard by a high margin but then if a cop has to look at ways to squeeze you he might check for ISI mark on the helmet that would not be available. As such, most helmets have the ISI mark on them in the form of a white sticker... so get it done and drive peacefully!

Many of my friends told that Megha enterprises is better than Balaji in terms of quality and service. The shopkeeper told me not to go for the convertible helmets like the boolean as they are faulty.
                  Thanks for your number m8.

Yes sir! China made. The thing is it is not like all chinese stuff are bad. In China too there are different types of product for different buying power. The Vendor clearly said that these are China made but one of the best.

                          • I liked one model of Vemar and one of Lazer..

Pardon my ignorance, but if these fit my budget (1.5-2k).. are they worth the buy?

(planning to exchange the AM to some ISI certified helmet. Trust my Indian regulations to the Thai! )

IMO the new visors from Vega are the best....anti scratch and anti crack...!! But that visor is only available in case of those boolean like helmets from vega..!!

I agree...I found Vega visors the best. However, I prefer the Studds padding anyday!
Boolean is just fine for city use, under highway driving at high speeds I could feel it pressing against my chin&my ears were buzzing after driving at 120-130 for about an hour! But if you don't intend to use it in that way, its pretty good for city I would say.
P.S. The 2.5k Vega imported one is really good...have ordered for it&intend to use it solely for highways!
