Well, I got my helmet from Myntra - FF320 Lunar, and so far from what I can tell, it's original. It's got the ECE sticker and everything on the back and on the strap. No chinese writings anywhere. The quality is top notch, and the import sticker on the box also says Laxmi Automobiles (the official distributor of LS2 in India). Here are some pics...


I also scanned the QR code, and it took me to the official LS2 website and asked me to register my helmet. So far, am quite happy

I did it today, around 75 kmph, and no wind noise even with the forehead and chin vents open.

I might be late in breaking the news but I guess no action is required. Bangalore traffic police has clarified that DOT, ECE or Snell certified helmets are legal. Great relief for riding community.

Btw how are Royal Enfield company’s premium helmet ?
Its on sale on Flipkart for 2700 rs (mrp 4900) full face helmet from shiro and is ece r 22-05 certified .

I am looking forward to buy a new helmet which should have inbuilt Bluetooth with mic which can support calls, music, GPS sounds etc. The wind noise should also be controlled. Can you please help me, Thanks in advance.

I've been using Sena 10c. Works well and meets all the needs you mentioned. I got one for 23K. If you want all inbuilt in helmet look for Momentum INC pro from Sena. I asked a dealer couple of weeks a go and he quoted 34k for Momentum INC pro.
