We had some comparisons between KBC, Daijya, Sparx, Cross...!! And found the padding, shell to be hard and good in case of Daijya..
I am in love with SparX griffin and skullz.

all of them look amazing.. i have found few good reviews for sparX but none for Daijiya.. like chetan says, daijiya should be a good buy too.. will try daijiya since I have never tried one. But SparX felt comfortable!

A good long ride can clear your mind, restore your faith, and use up a lot of fuel.

Always be ready (get geared) to fall and then think of sitting on the motorcycle.

Only complaint about GPOne is the Visor.. this is unforgiving for such a good helmet. If you've got to know about a place where you can get GPOne stock, pls let me know... Neet to buy a Visor.
The mail reply from Steelbird says Sai Suman Agencies, Chanda Nagar X Road. The phone number given is not working. I think I have seen that place somewhere near KPHB. I will check it out today&let you know.
As for the Vega high end lid, our Biking Terminal Pratap says that the Vega head office has stopped receiving consignments! I don't believe that-so looks like I'll have to pick it up myself from Balaji next time I go to Bangalore. That will take a couple of months, so I thought I need a full face low cost lid for daily use in the meanwhile!

          • @inder.cool: The lid in the pic, SparX S-07 costs Rs.6500 plus 500 shipping charges. I had written to Performance Racing Store recently.

@HydBiker: I have sent you a message on your cellphone. Please direct me also to that place.

            • @sarvajit - youre right about my helmet, bought it for 1800 odd bucks from Big Bazaar, Mlore. Motormania picked up the same helmet from the same shop for 1000 bucks. My friend picked up a GP One from Blore for 1800 flat a month back. If you do pick up the GP One make sure the shop will give you a visor later.

@Hydbiker - good luck on your search for the visor man.

                • @neil.jericho&HydBiker: Thanks for your inputs. I am going to check it out. Will enquire very strictly about the visor availability. Else, I will silently go&pick up Studds Bravo!
I don't know why that Vega is evading me since so long-sometimes he gets a matt finish one, sometimes he gets a smaller size. Anyways, will update after my visit to the shop.

Same happened wen i enquired about Vega high-end gloss finish, no consignments, out-of-stock, only matte available, all the excuses in the world. Something fishy about Vega high-end helmets??

A review on Studds Rhyno would be great...

is it a little too tight over there???

                            heard somewhere else too

                            • @saif71184: I also felt the same-overall little fishy, though the product is of very good quality. I have spoken to the Vega head officials in Bengal too, regarding the helmet. They say that they get it from Thailand.

Anyways, I have just seen the Ninja 3G. It is amazing. Having used the Ninja Pastel Decor for 3 years (&now using a Marshall half face) myself, I always loved the Studds padding. This 3G Ninja gives the feeling that the best just got better! Out of the world padding, very attractive stickers, solid build quality, flip-up system has been changed too-press a button&it slides up. IMO hardly any comparison between the Boolean's padding&this.&all that at a price of Rs.450 lesser than the Boolean!
The only thing that the Boolean has to claim over this is the internal visor (sunglass). But of what use is that without any basic comfort?
I'm completely bowled over by the Ninja 3G! I think its time to revert the wrong decision made on the Boolean!

                              • ^^ Yes i loved the Ninja3G too, Padding is really awesome, only thing is Flip-up mechanism is too delicate (check out the mechanism from inside after lift-up).
