got one more lid for m self now i have cross lid and an mpa agv lid....

what is this MPA AGV, is it AGV replica or somthing or are thes duplicate AGV's..
or what is it..??

DOT is a US standard (FMVSS 218) required by the Federal motor vehicle safety standards, and helmets like Cross and Dajiya have NEVER figured out in their list of tested helmets. And I have not seen Cross helmets either offline and online in the US, which means they are not sold in the US market. The sticker if any seems to be counterfeit.

It is better to spend a few grand more and get KBC, Scorpion, Icon or Sparx instead of buying Cross.

There are 2 models in cross helmets which are DOT approved..but both these models have been discontinued.Cross is a responsible company when it comes to safety and they wont provide false certification.

Need a Dark Tinted Visor for an LS2

OK... i don't know the model number of the LS2 i have...
but could someone lemme know where i can get a dark tinted visor for it.

i don't want a mercury one or one of those "rainbow ones"...

just looking for a plain ole tinted visor.

As far as I know Vega is not DOT certified...correct me guys if I am wrong

the helmet you have is on the same line as the ls2 moby... it's visor is for 550 in pune.

I need suggestions for a good helmet. My max budget is 2.5K. I am looking for a Full Face/Flip Up one in Bangalore. I travel 25-30 kms daily and once in a month will go for a long trip of approx 200kms. So the helmet should be comfortable and should not be heavy enough to start neck pain.

Guys, please suggest good models and also good shops for buying in Bangalore.

Go for LS2 Dragon....nowadays they are available for 2700 or 2800 depends how you bargain....the new series of LS2 is for 3200rs in Mumbai.....

@Pranit_Crystal Myth : Its written Vega Eclipse..
Vega is ISI marked as I have Vega Formula HP, the DOT written over it can be fake.
One more thing, Eclipse is open face, how come yours is flip up look here.

I asked for price in mumbai today(at amarmahal, mio helmets) He has the vega ls2 as well as cross helmets(which one is better?) The cost for vega bouillon is 1700 for plain and 1900 for designed one, and the LS2 cost 3200. How does the bouillon function? It has inbuilt shades right? Is it sturdy one or flimsy helmet? I'm planning on buying a helmet for touring.... Which is better?
