D black vega offroad costd me 1.7k here in kol amazinly lit nd hard fiberglas helmet dos refletiv glas r gud at nit or low lit also used in pulsar stunt mania if im not wrong .............studds rhyno costd 1.3k in kolkata......goes wid name.....hard lik rhyno a bit heavy but wellbuilt.......

how to change a visor of LS2 Phobia ?
i pulled the plastic part and it came out half of the visor i mean but i am unable to take it out completely

HJC lid HJC IS-16 SCRATCH FULL FACE HELMET arrived yesterday.

My head size is 58 and ordered L. It fits fine, but looks big on the head though. Its got a nice adjustable sun visor and lot of vents. All in all happy.

Cost of helmet including shipping and duty turned out to be 11K. Have clicked some pics at night but they aren't any good so just posting a pic off the net

Thats a very good deal you got for this lid. Please let us know where you ordered from and how was the experience. How many days did it take to reach you? 11k including international shipping and duties is a steal for this helmet. Closeout deal?

Yes it was a close out deal

Ordered it from New Enough (now Motorcyclegeardotcom) on 29th Dec, it got shipped from their premises on Jan 3rd, Arrived in India on 15th Jan. But the folks from New enough forgot to stick the pricing on the USPS mail and so I had to go to the customs to show them the invoice/receipt. I had to show my face on 25th (yes 10 days after the item arrives Indian shore) after which the lid arrived only yesterday. The transaction was smooth though. After the customs experience, was getting a bit annoyed but once the lid arrived yesterday, it was a big relief.

It was my first experience with New enough, I felt the shipping charges $60 odd were on the higher side compared to ridersdiscount and STG. But closeouts are quite famous in NE which are not available with the others , so it all evens out in the end.

My SparX lid cost me 8.5k here at Orion motors.

I bought the same model (but different graphics) for a close friend as it was on closeout sale for 2.5k (bike bandit).

If i had bought it online for myself, even with international shipping i would have saved 3k at least.

Yeah, closeouts can be real VFM and can definitely be considered steals

FYI, the lid is still listed as closeout, you may want to check that
