what is the difference between rjays octane and jetstream 2 ?

Practically, both Octane and Jetstream are both mesh jackets, but Octane is a full mesh jacket, unless Jetstream where you have adequate amount of both mesh and textile component to it.

If you compare them both, you can see the Octane is fully mesh on the front, and for the most part on the arms too, which provides superb ventilation in summer and the lining to provide adequate rain protection.

Jetstream, though not as vented as Octane, too is a good jacket, providing good ventilation and good rain protection, but ultimately the decision is yours on which to make based upon your need.

Guys is there any way to wash a leather glove?(DSG revive) I've had it for more than a year now and I think it deserves a good wash.

DSG Nitro Gloves

Received my order of DSG Nitro-Black gloves from Planetdsg today.
Ordered DSG Revive but they offered DSG Nitro since Revive was out of stock.
Also received the Keiti Clear Tankpad.
The gloves are of very good quality, feels stiff on first try but leather takes time to soften, it's getting comfortable with flexing the arm after sometime.
Only concern is whether the air vent pores may cause any tear, Hope not.
Stiches are perfect. Makes an excellent city gloves overall.

the pages you have listed dont have anything about Rjay jackets.
I've the same question. Whether to go for octane or jetstream since the price difference is negligible.

I searched the forum and found your post asking the difference between the two but nobody answering the post.

I recommend you read the features of both jackets on the website. They themselves will tell you which is better:

Why Octane is better:

2. C.E. approved back armour

It's definitely not CE approved back armour these days, just a piece of foam. It was my main reason for buying the Octane, this is my only disappointment with the jacket, I did bring this issue up with Zulfi, guess he forgot to amend the website.

Talking about jackets, i mentioned about me buying the Octane a month ago.. The jacket is good and offers great ventillation. But i had a few issues which werent addressed. Small threads from the stitching keep poping out (there have been many so far) and the push button for the adjustment in the arms are too weak. It almost came off when i tried to open it and so i stopped messing with it. I immediately told Zulfi about it but all he said was to cut the threads when they pop and get a velcro stitched in place of the button. i dont know if its normal with the Octane. Guys using it may put some light? Is the 'Made in China' tag now responsible for it?? Other than these small niggles, the jacket feels absolutely comfortable to wear on an all day ride even in this hot weather.

You have one glove from DSG called DSG Acqua, comes in around INR 2,300 rupees, or the RJays Jetstream2 Glove INR 2,599 and the RJays Tempest 2 Glove Black - INR 2,999, all these are pretty good waterproof gloves, check it out and buy the one based upon your need.
