Haha. Thanks! Though you're right about the foam padding, what else can you expect!

      Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
      The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

Kidnely belt? I guess kidney belt. Kidney belts, at least as far as I am concerned, are pretty much useless, for a fat guy like me. Taking into consideration my paunch, it's a real pain the arse, but for lean guys it's an altogether different story

I'd suggest you go for the Spine protector, chucking out the back protector and then using the jacket over the protector.

          Cheers!

4500 is just way overpriced, and so is PR's portfolio, exorbitantly priced, though some are negligible. I'd don't even look at JRs when it comes to protector upgrades. Coming to Spine protector, there is Cramster, the cheapest one out there.

              Cheers!

Like that, you have KNOX upgradation which Sunny was mentioning in his posts back for 1450 something. The real pain in the arse here is the aftermarket sales from any dealer who sells goods, they just don't have the things necessary to suffice the demand, even though the demand is niche. Bad!! :'(

                  Cheers!

thanks for that facebook link, yes it seems facebook has more info than their website, which is a bit odd....

thanks for that detailed info with pics and all, although that i already know, my query was related to affordable choices in india.

However, stocks are already in place with dealers and several have even purchased it ( see a few pages back a post by Sandeep ). The HELIOS jacket comes with a rain liner and is available with KNOX armour in elbows and shoulders for Rs.6250/- inclusive tax. To upgrade and replace the supplied dual density back armour with KNOX advance back armour is Rs.1800 extra. An extra 3M Thinsulate thermal liner is Rs.700/- extra. Alternatively, you can ask for a thermal liner INSTEAD of a rain liner, in which case, there is no extra cost. (This option is available for online purchase only). The website mentions that you can upgrade to Level 2 armour - which means that you can buy one if you want and insert it, since the jacket is designed to accept even the thickness of a level 2. I have a LEVEL 2 Sas-Tec in my Helios. I do not recommend the HELIOS or any product over any thing or any other product. I do however recommend and strongly urge that you read, research, study and educate yourself with the ample material, knowledge shared by other friends and members of this forum and elsewhere and form an opinion for yourself. It is after all your skin.
yes, this is the information i required. so a helios jacket with KNOX albow and shoulder armour is 6250 rupees+ KNOX back armour (1800) + thermal liner (700) = 8750... so only thing remaining is chest protection...one last question... does it have pockets for chest armour pads for future addition...??

so this means no other jacket available in india offers this much protection in 9000 rupeer....right.......or is there any other option ..??

I don't think there is pockets for chest protector in HELIOS. Why you still want another option when you can get class-leading protection in under 10k

Prince, I'd keep it anonymous and it's pretty much what Abe said, and rightly defined by xBhp, of the biker, by the biker, for the biker. Spartan's very existence is to fill a void by a very biker himself. PERIOD.

SOL has been imported and resold by SpartanProGear. So yes they are pretty much a dealer for SOL.
