Both are good jackets, ultimately go for the ones which you can wear in person, if you don't have the choice to check them out in person, stick to the one your budget offers you to go.

Coming to riding boots, I am thinking about these boots from Benera Benera Black boot - Buy Men Boots Online | BE143SH17TLMINDFAS

They can be ordered online from Jabong at 2400 after discount of 1000. Though I understand these will not offer any substantial protection, but still will be good enough for occasional rides.

But does these look like cheap quality boots which can be bought of regular army stores in 1200-1500 bucks, or paying 2400 looks okay. Infact there is a review by a rider who says they are comfortable for long rides and usage.
Didn't see your post in the first place. But these are not proper boots as such, but these are way way better than those sports Nike and Adidas shoes that most wear in case of a spill. First off, it's full ankle so you get adequate shin protection coupled with a proper riding pants these would suffice for a boot. But make sure you have at least a steel toe in that case it protectors your toes. For the price these are costly, our own sandeep patnala has bought JCB boots which are far cooler and comparatively cheaper than these Jabong boots. I'd suggest you have a look at them too.

    Google JCB Boots India.

    Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
    The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

Yup i would suggest JCB boots for occasional rides and if you are on tight budget. They come with mouth watering price tag of Rs1434/- with free shipping.

Now a days am wearing them daily and where ever am going, not getting interest to wear other shoes don't know Y !

Now that winter has started. Time to get myself a jacket for the cold weather. I have 2 mesh jackets as of now and using the rain liner for some protection against the cold, but it will be no good come December.

Anybody has some suggestions for a good leather/textile jacket that will protect against the cold wind? I didn't like the Spartan Achilles, so any other suggestions?

Have a look at the cramster k2k 2.0 , heard great stuff about its thermal capabilities and over all finish too.

Both are very similar spec wise. If it were me making a decision I would go ahead with the Hyperion just because it costs 500rs less , the mild torso protection though not very helpful is still a welcome feature. Add to that the availability of armour incase of need in future

Since you brought leather into the equation, by far the best, full sleeved leather jacket in India is the Cramster Eclipse with excellent liners and very good abrasion resistance since most jackets at this price point only offer shoulder leather, which in my opinion is just a pure marketing gimmick, yes, it does protect the shoulders but if it's leather it's gotta be full leather or full mesh I always say. So with that in mind I'd suggest you the Eclipse since i has mesh torso panel for ventilation and full sleeve leather protection which is very good for protecting the extensions. But the only gripe is it is not perforated, (Eclipse) you'll start sweating in trafific on summer times, but once you're on the go, you're all set.

Hyperion has a little upper edge considering it has leather bits, but apart from that both are pretty much the same.

Like I said, I already have mesh jackets for the summer and I'm intending purely a winter jacket, no no mesh anywhere please. Full wind protection needed. And again, No cramsters please. Looks like I might need to look up the alpinestars range.

If possible try having a look at the Scoyco JK27, there are people that swear by its thermal capabilities not one of your conventional brands but has received the green light from several members here

At 3k you have a wide range of gloves available, the entire range of rynox, dsg and minus the Aries all other models of SPG... Choose any one of the full leather gloves that these brands offer. choose something between Rynox Kombat, SPG Centaur, DSG Primal...

For knee guards since you haven't mentioned your budget, I would recommend the SPG Perseus at 2400 and if you are willing to spend upto 5k then the Knox bionic knee guards.

For stores details.... a quick forum search will give you a dedicated thread with details on stores in different areas

Have a look at the reviews, user experience for each of these on this thread. It will help you make a wise decision
                        Went through few reviews.
I am inclined towards SPG icarus and then the cramster breezer 4.0 if I couldn't get icarus or if I dont get the right size. How does cramster k2k compares wrt breezer. I will be in mumbai on 20st nov and I want to buy it from an outlet rather than online. So I want to have a few options with me so that if I dont get/like/fit one I can go for other. So What jackets should I keep as options other than icarus.

Budget: 5K, can be streched a bit.
                        Jacket: preferably all weather.

Thanks for the feedback ... Are there any other colours available in Hyperion ?? On their website I can see only Red & Black... In comparison Octane II Black n white looks better

As of now you have the full black and red combo colors, but you have quite a few color options in HELIOS range. I just hate RJays for not bringing in more colors, if they do, they'll sell like hot cakes.
