I scratched my watch after a slow 30 kmph spill on sand sometime in 2011. I was wearing a denim jacket and semi gauntlet like local gloves. Once the arm touched the ground, jacket+glove combo simply slid away exposing the watch.
Ever since, I wear my watch only when I'm off the bike.

I wear my watch higher up my arm ... ladies style when on the bike. The Cordura protects it ... and if can wear a watch then I can wear my riding jacket :-)
When I'm on the road, I'm indestructible. No one can stop me... but they try.

I dont really own any fancy Omegas or Rolexes, so yeah, I can afford to wreck a few watches. Almost all of my watches cost less than the TBG street gloves, so............

Maxima, Casio. 2 watches. Both cost me 599 each.
            We're on the same boat.

            Ok, back to the thread.

Just managed to get the back protector outta my Rynox Tornado Pro! Mission impossible, accomplished! I dunno how, had to struggle a fair bit, but I just couldn't give up, because the jacket is too dusty (for my aesthetic standards)! Haha! :P 😂

I stopped wearing wristwatch ever since I got mobile. But bought an puma watch for fancy purpose but strap damaged when I was cleaning bike. Dumb me.

It's really a pain to check time in phone while riding. Siri helps sometimes but mostly it ll be a fight between us & when there's no signal there's no other way.

But now my bike has clock on console easy to check time but it shows in 24h format. So changed time format to 24h in my phone to get used to it.

                  1. Tornado pro by rynox
                  2. All terrain from zeus
Both are good jackets. Zeus all terrain jacket is a textile jacket while Tornado Pro is a Mesh jacket. So if you need ventilation especially given the heat these days, I would recommend the Rynox Tornado Pro. 2 good things about the Tornado Pro over the Zeus jackets are 1) T-Pro comes with Knox armors and CE approved back protector, while zeus does not have this. 2) Rynox products come with 6 months warranty unlike Zeus products.

Yeah.. Bro I did go through them but skeptical of buying online due to sizing and quality issues.

Quality im the sense of the finish and the armors.

If I have to return that would mean a really long time for me to get a replacement.

Decided to get the gloves repaired from a mochi as cramster didn't bother replying, feels sturdy and an additional layer of leather wouldn't hurt. Did both gloves for preventing the tear on the right glove and also for symmetry.

Does mochi service for things they don't make. ??

AFAIK mochi is brand that makes leather shoes, wallet, belts. Correct me if am wrong.
