Can't go wrong with any of them. Hope this helps and maybe narrows it down.

Could it be that a lot of riding gear have their manufacturing done in Pakistan?

I say some jackets on ebay, they were Alpinestars and the item location was being shown as Pakistan. $200 for an Alpinestars jacket with race hump and from Pakistan. I was very skeptical and thinking maybe it is a scam.

Or it is a damn good deal offered by the people who make them?

        Cheers and regards.

May be such is the case. Clothing manufacturers are there in Bangladesh and Pakistan. I guess it's just cheaper there.

              Thank you, that's useful.

So If I am not wrong TBG is already level 2 and solace you can upgrade to level 2, right ?

I don't think we have an outlet here in Mumbai so are they both same quality wise ?

It's tough to use it with a pot-belly. The jacket is slim fit. Even the largest of sizes was right around the belly region. I wasn't feeling quite comfortable which is why I chose Rynox Tornado Pro, which I'm very happy with now. Try them out before you buy them..!

Oh that's a downer, My chest size is 42 and waist about 36, would it be suffocating to wear one ?

I don't think these guys have an outlet in or near Mumbai, if I email my measurements can they custom fit it ?

Many thanks for the assistance guys.

I think it's better to go to a shop and buy. All the jackets are at equal level. Not much of a difference really based on my experience

I dont think they custom fit it. But try wearing them atleast when you run down to Bangalore on an errand or try finding a TBG store in Mumbai.

Most of the leather gears are made in Pakistan, China and Vietnam, in same order of quality, even by brands like Dianese and Alpine stars.
Only the top of the line suits used in MotoGp are made in Italy.

Well these jackets do have an adjustment strap at the waist that are generally generous in length. I dont know about TBG but Solace mentions on their website that do customize sizes of the jackets. I also remember seeing some pics of customers with extra large jackets on their facebook page.

Thanks, that helps. I have sent a enquiry mail to TBG, no response yet, if I don't get a revert by the end of week, would visit a store and pickup what is available.
