Okay so guys I have been testing SafeTech armour from Mototech this week.
Here are my first impressions -
*The armour is CE level 2 and T+ / T- certified.
*The armour is pretty hard compared to likes of Knox and Sastec.
*The armour is built low quality, it is not curved, neither is the finishing any good. It screams cheap China ! (again not saying everything made in China is bad, but this definitely is.)
*The coverage is not good, it's a type A and type B is not available. For me it doesn't even cover the shoulder properly, and Mototech provides it as S-E-K (Shoulder-Elbow-Knee), it just won't fit in elbow pockets of jackets that I could find, just too small.
Hope this helps prospective buyers. Yes this is mostly negative, but then, it's the cheapest and most affordable level 2 armour from a Brand that you can find. Although, I would say, if you need replacement armours, spend some more and get Sastec, they are much better in fit and finish.
