Guys Does the Dsg Maze jacket have a Back Protector or just foam.????

Bro... Have you checked Orazo boots? One of our Xbhpian from Tvm uses it. There are 4 models. It can be used for riding as well as daily use.. I haven't seen that. Though i ordered one. didn't get yet. Ignore this if you've already checked it.

Its got just foam on the back!!...I dont think any of the riding jackets come with a back protector apart from a one piece leather suit.

Are you serious buddy .....??? Coz other jackets have protector in back also.... that is what i am quite sure off...... Atleast all other jackets have back protectors from Dsg.

That's just a foam pad nothing more.

Yes am sure of it..I have checked out DSG ..I personally own one too..its got some foam inserted and rough exterior to provide abrasion if you fall..

And the maze and the Nero jackets have CE approved protectors right, in the back.?

Nope, they dont come with back protectors .. CE protectors are for your shoulders and elbow.

Its around 20 days now still i have not received my knee guards from ridersdiscount, I have paid all the product+shipping charges, but still no response from them. wondering are they really sending goods to india or just fooling customers

Its not absolutely necessary....

If you have had a history of back problems then I would suggest you to get one!!
Else it is optional..Most of the riders whom I ride with (including me) wear just jackets, gloves, knee guards and boots and ofcourse the helmet..
For minor falls these jackets would help you..I know abt a friend of mine who crashed at 80Kmph and managed to walk after the fall bcos of the DSG Nero Jacket and a pair of cramster knee guards...

Yes its CE approved FOAM, i guess!!..On second thoughts...you can remove those foams and put in other CE approved stuff... Am pretty sure that you could remove the chest pads (again foam) and put in new ones (u get alpine stars chest pads)..Havent paid attention to the back part thou!! :-(

I dont use a back protector.. Its good to use one though. yeah its an addional purchase.. But there are many jackets which comes with back protectors (But not in DSG). Is expensive deal though..

i am about to order a riding jacket for myself... ive shortlisted on Speed and Strength's Twist of fate ..
It has removable lining with CE approved elbow , shoulder and back protector.

my chest is 43" [if add a gap of +2"]] and sleeves 26" ....
which size should i order .... i guess size M would be good. ??

please suggest a colour too ... my pick would be black because i have a black bike. since this is my first riding jacket ... so i am still a novice in riding jacket deptt. ... i need some serious help ... regarding size...
