I dont my new gloves to be waterproof coz these generally are not usable in hot , city riding conditions. But I dont want soaking wet palms that you get in a full textile glove like the Cross gloves that I currently use.
So the best glove for me would be ? options :
Axo Pro Race AXO Pro Race Gloves : Black - 2,499.00Rs
DSG Nitro DSG Nitro Gloves: Black - 2,749.00Rs
DSG Revive DSG Revive Gloves - 1,990.00Rs
I would suggest the DSG Revive. Have been using them for over a year now and they are nothing short of excellent.

Ample protection and high quality leather makes this glove a real deal VFM product. Kevlar armor on the knuckles and fingers provide all the protection you need and air vents on the fingers keep you cool, even in scorching summers. Build quality is really good and after using them for 13500 kms they still have a lot more to go.

P.S. Use the search feature. I have posted my feedback on the revive gloves multiple times on this thread.

      I suggest Revive...
      The reason being -
They are made of genuine leather which is long lasting. I mean you surely know the difference between textile products and leather products. The gloves also offer high end protection, AXO ones to my knowledge have inbuilt or injected armor, which is not that great if you have a fall since the top leather will be face abrasion. Nitro are good too but the price is too high, its good that you have narrowed down to leather products only. AXO looks fragile, i had tried the glove and didnt find it that protective. Nitro again yes its good, but then you are getting the Revive less and offers equal protection.

Revive is superb and accommodates the hand perfectly. They are also cheap compared to others.

      Perfecto....
this is the reason they are superb and VFM, two of my friends here are using it and they do not feel the micro tips of the grips at all. The leather is soft and provides ample protection. Completely agree with you buddy!!

      • Thanks for all your inputs guys. And I forgot about the search option
@nathanvignesh , I am not able to find any person in bangalore who stocks axo gloves. Axo came in the list only coz dsg is offering a discount.

Also , Between revive and nitro , which will remain dryer in rains ? I know they are not waterproof but both are full leather construction.

Meanwhile, I'm contemplating between the two knee guards. Which can provide a comfortable & better protection?
Alpinestars Reflex Knee Guards - Street Bike - Motorcycle Superstore
Fox Racing Titan Race Knee Guard - Dirt Bike Motocross - Motorcycle Superstore
Fox Racing Titan Sport Knee Guards - Dirt Bike Motocross - Motorcycle Superstore

Personally I don't think any of them are suitable because from what I can see, the actual knee portion is flapped and not strapped down. I've seen several guys using these types of armor (especially the fake FOX versions) and I really doubt they would hold in place in a fall/slide unless they were worn UNDER motocross pants, which is what they were originally designed to do. When worn over pants, they also tend to scratch your paint-work near/on the tank ( well at least it does for me ).

I'm thinking that you want something to wear with regular jeans because you already have a pair of riding pants, right? If that be the case, I would strongly recommend the Forcefield Limb Tubes which are worn under jeans/pants and literally fit like a glove. I think that they are called T-Pro in the US. Very comfortable for all-day use and actually CE rated. Been using them for about 8 months and find them superb.

Alternatively, just go for a pair of riding jeans! Draggin', JR and several others all make similar products.

Yes, its a pain to wear riding pants everyday to office & that's the reason I wanted a knee guard.

I could easily buy a Alpinestar's Bionic knee guard, but, like I said before, I'm looking for a quick to wear substitute for my riding pants & that has to be less in price. Though this one could be easy to wear, but waaaay too expensive & would certainly put my riding pants in front

                          Thanks man!!!

Can't comment on the jacket since I haven't used PowerTrip but they are a pretty well known brand.

The Forcefield gear ( I use all their body armor ) is amazing but a nuisance if you're planning for office commuting.

If you DO come across a solution for the office/commuter riding pant conundrum, let me know!
