wonderful all rounder shoes... the sole is quite grippy in the most slippery surfaces, the ankle protection quite good, the normal boots design making it double up as a hike boots etc etc... I've even wore it to office and no one noticed... BTW, I had a Picus.
Only drawback, not waterproof enough of Kerala rains... but if you can cover it with your rain gear well enough to prevent water splashing on the front lace-up area, its still good... Recommended

        • I own the Orazo Picus. Been more than a year since I own them and boy they are holding up well. Excellent stuff really. The sole is grippy enough to double up as a hiking shoe and the metal toe protector is useful on the bike while changing gears Comfortable to walk in as well.
They can hold up against light drizzle so another reason to get them

I liked the design better than the new ones,,,just an opinion
The old one (which you and I have) has a design flaw - it has this soft suede leather on the inside of the thumbs which will tear off with some use. The new one has corrected that.

            • Got myself AXO PrimatoII boots and DSG vector gloves for my 20th birthday from Helmet Paradise, Bangalore as Orion Motors is always out of stock, got a discount of rs250 too.
These full boots look really good and fit very vey nicely; but it's very difficult to move the ankle so I'm having slight trouble in shifting and using the rear brake. But I think I'll get used to it.
Both the products are complete VFM products. Definitely worth a thought if you are looking for full racing boot/gloves.

The boots will break in after a couple of rides and you will find them to be very comfortable. I've seen these boots up-close and they are very well crafted. Good quality at a very affordable price.

                  • The picus has ankle protection. But so does the Coot even though it is shorter than the Picus.

Shoe size is UK/Bata Size according to em. So whatever bata shoes fits you, the same size will be applicable in these.

                    • Cramster Blaster Gloves

Pretty neat for the pricing. After the MX-3 and the Pro Biker gloves, these gloves are perfect.

Very comfortable. Soft from the inside. M was too tight for me so asked for a L, and the Cramster staff was damn quick !

If the boots are not water resistant why to buy it? How about buying woodland or timberland ankle length boots and covering it with Tour Master Deluxe Boot Rain Covers in rainy season. Checkout the below link

                        • which helmet and gloves to go for...??

hello everyone, i recently had a bad crash on my joel'ed menace, my gliders helmet got cracked, ang got bad scratches on my rt hand and there is a dislocation near the wrist too. So was planing to invest in riding gears. Since my budget is less so will get a armoured jacket soon. But now i need a new helmet and gloves. I have shortlisted cramster trg2 for the gloves. Howz it ..?? And some advices for helmet too in the range of 2-4k. Thanks

Cramster TRG2 are excellant but i wouldnt advice if you have long tours and trips. The glove position and palm materials are too light to take the impact. I would suggest DSG Primal in that budget. Construction and overall feel is simply superb, be it short or long tours the glove fits well.

About a helmet, I think LS2 will fit in the list. If you have increased your budget a bit then Nouvo some brand by that is present. But then again I personally feel LS 2 to be good and efficient.
Please dont buy VEGA BOOLEAN...Its not that safe, personal experience again.

Invest good in a sturdy one piece helmet, try to avoid clip ones or multi ones which can break in one impact.

thnxx bro , firstly gloves are only intented for use in streets tht too for max 30 kms per day, but the protection should be good so which one to go for. I dont do any long trips at all so no such criteris.

About the lid, i can increase the budget by 1 to 1.5k if there is a real good option..vega,studds,and ozone are out of the list. ls2 seems good any specific model ...??
