Good Mechanic for p220

Guys, help me with a good mechanic who can bring out lost glory from my p220, bike has clocked 13k but don't want to take it to PBK SVC guys. Srikanth puts his hands only on accidental cases.

Finally i found a good mechanic in navi-mumbai

Hi folks, I have a discover 100cc (new model). I was looking for a good mechanic in navi-mumbai since a long time as there was no good service centre of bajaj here. Through xbhp I came across vicky in nerul (near LP company, behind the IOC petrol pump lane).

I took my bike to him and along with the 17.5k kms servicing, advised him of the problems I was facing. Which he listened patiently and started the work.

At 8pm I went to collect the bike and boy what an awesome job that guy had done on the bike. The bike rev'd smoothly and all the issues I had informed him of, were resolved. Total bill approx Rs. 750 (labour, engine oil, rear brake liner and some misc expenses).

Thanks a lot guys for your recommendation. I will hence forth take my bike to him.

Best Mechanic in Delhi

Hi, I owned TVS Fiero FX 2004 model.The bike has completed 90,000 km.The piston and valves were changed at 60,000 km from Castrol Bike center.But since then the bike has lost its smoothness and feels like it is carrying a heavy load.Mileage is between 35-40 and it does not reach 100 km/hr.
The bike is in very bad condition as the parts are also not available in market.
Please suggest me the best mechanic in delhi-ncr.

Hi everyone. This is my first post on xbhp n didnt really think that it would be so.

Everyone might find a good or decent mechanic. But one thing i have learned from my past 7 years and i stick with it.

I take my bike to HH Service center or some local mechanic and ask him whats the exact problem then ask him if there are any part replacements
required , i personally get a list of things (spares) to be replaced for the fix [you save a some amount of money here ] and buy them from auto parts shop.
[I dont know if everyone would love this idea but i follow it for myself]

The HH Service/local mechanic just charge me for the labor and i stand there or sit and get the things replaced and fixed in front of my eyes no matter how many hours i require.

Major repairs are always done at the HH Service center.

Peace of mind.

i have pulsar 180 the split seat version.
i wanted to know that can i fit an oil cooled system of p220 to my p180 and if so where in Hyderabad it can be done??
by doing so does it effect the bikes performance or mileage??

I found a mechanic at Besant nagar, he is speacialised in RDs one of my friend who owns a RD and maintains his bike well, suggested that mechanic to me. My rx100 engine needs to be rebuilt so I was searching for a good mechanic in and around chennai. I showed my bike to him and had a conversation with him, seems to be knowledgeable. Guys does anyone know about this guy his name is Saravana and his garage is near the ponnuswamy hotel on the way to besant nagar church.
