Got the HeadLights converted to DC setup i.e lights will turn on without starting bike. Have used relays also. Including relays it costed me 400rs for DC conversion.
And Osram Nightbreaker 55/60w bulb is 1400rs for a pair. So 700rs for a bulb. Me and my fren shared it. Both of us are using from 5 to 6 months and absolutely no issues. Yeah there will slight battery draining problems like every morning you have to use kick start, once it is started battery will have enough charge so further u can use self-start.

projectors for r15

hello guyz.....
Can any one help me in projector lamps + angel eyes for my r15 as same as r1....
I want to do a little experiment and want to make it at home.....
there are some people who are doing this but their price demand is far too much than my budget so just thought to make it home.....
here in this forum there are many senior members who are experts in these type of things.......so just hope to get some help

^^^^ yeah it can be done easily on R 15 . youl need to get a few things like Leds ,Curtain rod ,Reflective tape and also will have to separate the reflector from the glass .

I went to Grand road (Mumbai) a couple of days back and spotted a HID kit with no brand name on it (green pack- just named H.I.D ) 6000k H4 socket

Bi-xenon was quoted Rs. 2200 and single beam was priced at Rs. 1800.
The ballast was marked with ISO and TUV certifications. Can I take the risk of buying it as no warranty was offered?

Same brand (bixenon) was quoted Rs. 3800 in Vashi.. Dont know what is the difference?

Is there any online indian site where I can purchase HID Bixenon (or single beam) kit. Even if it is two bulb set, I could share the other one with someone on xbhp. I badly require an upgrade to my headlight..
