        • @Doc - Nice beams! This is the most VFM way to get fog lights!

Advantage of these sealbeams over the usual Amby ones?

on the bull bar there are metal pattis welded which are 3 inch long and one inch wide for normal fog lights,my custom mountings are just simple geometrical design bolted over them.these mounting pattis are actually the metal pattis which comes with pannier boxes for bikes, just application is in a car.

bro, what is ms exactly,i cant understand!.if you have a better design in mind, please feel free to put it here.the vibration with this also is minimal,i say its way better then the original hella or even neolight foglamps i was using in this suv, much less, but there is always is a chance of improvement, hehe.
the halo was for testing only, not using in it.i am using 2 hid 6000k bulbs.on the original units of the suv ,its oem 55/60 halogen though.

abhi, these can work as fog lights,if you use the low beam,or it can be used as driving lights if you use the high beam.

these are 7 inch glass sealed beam.the left striated one is of ambys only, its very good on high beam, producing a nice distant spread with lots of spread in closer areaS too.the clear one is one of a kind though.its a glass one with no stations and a little mfr effect on the edege of the reflector.result?well its producing a light like a laser beam which is roughly like a huge fat 8 inch pipe and the light goes like a pencil beam and covers 1kms straight with no glare to side at all, uniq.on low beam its having very very very good cutoff also,it costs 145 rs.with both of these the combo covers the fog+spot+driving at the same time, one of a kind.also the road signs are glowing like if they are on FIRE!!.its practically impossible to miss ANYTHING now on highway now.

Its mild steel, u can fabricate a |__| clamp at any welding workshops with a 0.5" pattis. Its very strong, less vibrations, no joints and cheap too.

                The first one am referring.

Amby will take only H4, so its H4 HID? Or have u removed the solenoid connection to make it single beam?

I was just visualizing the scene of ur ride with these light cannons Poor truckies till now they just blind others now its a hard time for them. Screw the happiness of these A&& but always keep some distance at ur left side for a safe passage in case any of these morons will heads towards u.

                      • well its from autopal only, marketed as 'MULTI SURFACE 7 INCH(178MM) HEAD LAMP UNIT'. its only 130-140,try it out,you will not regret, trust me,

low is having very nice cutoff with halogen, even i tried 130/100,still a sharp cutoff,MORE or LESS LIKE A PROJECTOR.

                        HIGH BEAM,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,omgomgomg.
it like a 8 inch fat pipe of light going straight ,the most inpressive high i have ever seen till date, and you also know that i have seen enough.

@mods- i have posted higher re because the details were not visible in low res pictures, feel free to edit if needed, thank you.

                          • guys I was thinking of putting a 100/90 lamp on my P220S.

The illumination of 60/55 bulb on a 220S is too low (read: unacceptable). At time its illumination means no illumination. As for 100/90 I think a 9aH battery would do it good (which comes as stock)

                            Any experience/idea/suggestions......? Please help..

Have you tried a 60/55 w lamp on P220 S ? 100w halogen can cause battery problems . better go in for a 35 watt Hid if budget permits .

100/90 Bulb will be too much for Pulsar 220S you will end up destroying yous 220S headlight reflector, better to buy a HID kit.
