Please let me know if this is a good deal. The guy is quoting 10k for a pair of HID projectors with angel eyes.

If you are interested in the above said bi-xenon projectors then I can provide you Bi-xenon projectors(With angel eyes & 6000K HID included) which is better than above at the price point of 9400/- INR . Which includes 1 yr warranty on all parts & additional 5 yrs warranty on projector lens , so this makes a better deal altogether , more off you cant get hand's on that guy if somethings go wrong,besides you can get angel eyes with the color of your choice.

I can also provide you with class fit and finish with smoked black sporty look for additional 1k inr.

my low beam with hid,lot of glare?

a few night ride pics on high ways with crappy cam.

throw-p 220s projector-h7 halogen bulb

skoda octavia projector-h3 halogen.

hid 4300k bixenon-autopal 7 inch/low beam


same setup high beam,pics dont do justice ,much much brighter then it seems.


hid 4300k-low-pulsar ug3 reflector.

same setup high beam.


4300k single beam on dcmtoyota 5.3/4 inch properly focused,picture dont do justice,much more brighter.


h3 hid-4300k on a 4 ich spot lamp of neolight.

same setup with h3 halogen 55watt.

all the power source was same a smps of a computer.clicked with mobile camera,same settings.

I changed headlight today. i searched many shops for 55/60 OSRAM SILVERSTAR but it wasnt available anywhere, all of them said "55/60 nahi chalata hum sirf 100/90 ke uper ka osram rakhate hai."
so started looking for Phillips, I got Phillips 55/60 H4 bulb which was Made in Germany..got it for INR 160,
there was Indian {so called Korean} version too which was INR 80. I settled with German bulb. yet to check it out in night, when i checked in parking it brights up above 2500 RPM i am very satisfied with light provided.
I havent changed Parking lights though, thinking about changing em to free 10W. i looked for em too but no one had red colored ones3

you will need to disconnect the pilots for best results. I have now simply connected the pilots direct to battery dc - my mechanic took a connection out of the rear set (which goes into the tail light cluster) and used it for the front pilots. so my pilots are also back !

I am right now much satisfied without even disconnecting parking lamps...
as you said bulb comes to its fullll glory only above 3k RPM but that is where we need it
anyway, i didnt got pure white LED that day so will wait for some days..also on GSR blog someone uploaded pics of PHILLIPS LEDs..I ll try for those

Guys I had installed 60/55w phillips crystal vision on my UG4 Pulsar 180.
Now I am facing the low battery indicator for every ten mins.
I switch off the light and run the vehicle for some time and then it doesnt indicate the low battery
Also the brightness is not that gr8.
Pls help and let me know if i have to change something.
I m not happy about the lightin greatly.
I checked for the charge and i saw that it was normal.
Pls help me guys.
should i do some change?

Will Avy 180 coil fit pulsar 180 UG4 ..can i upgrade to it

I have installed a HID 35w 3500k on my FZ-s. My battery is actually dead before even installing the HID. Now i want to change with a new baatery but should i go for the same 12V 5A or should I go for a 12V 6A or 7A to compensate for the HID?? will there be any charging problems when I use a 6 or 7A battery?

Avenger 180 coil is direct fit in P180 UG4
Is that crystal vision blue or white? because white/blue light is not as bright as yellow

No need to change the coil. Use a hid that will be better . Did a install on a p180 UG4 and it works perfectly.

Where did you get the 3500k hid ?? Can you post some pics of it ?

Finally tested the hella micro de with an HID. Here is the output.
The light spread is neat . And no glare / trouble for on coming traffic. The light is sharp and crisp.

Dude UG4 is a full DC and Avy is a AC+DC bike, its a direct fit, but not usable with a DC bike unless u change the coil connections.

Here the bottleneck is the RR, even if u rewind the coil of a UG4 too, the RR wont let more than 3.5-4A at any rpm. So u need to change the RR also if u want to use a 55W halo. But do u want to spoil the warranty? Time being u can dream of a HID max or go back to stock 35w halo.

what would it cost normally
wat else..stator plate rr and wat coil connections have to be changed.
