if you want to use 3 lights i strongly suddegest you please rewind and put high capacity rr which can support 144watts if done properly in full dc mode without battery drain.
currently if you fix 2 halogens the battery and rr will go for a toss after few days.one 55 watt lamp can be used in dc mode for 1 hour but battery will be drained deeply which will shorten the life of the battery.
if you want good light the best possible mod you can go for full dc mod followed by putting one bixenon 35 watt 4300k or lower ct bulb.the reflector is quite superb in avy and you have to see a hid in avy s headlamp to see what it can do.

If u need to upgrade the lighting system to halogen with higher watts then coil rewinding will be enough. Just go to the mech and ask him to pull out the stator coil and give that to a auto electrician and tell him to rewind it with 19g wire in the same manner. Once u finish this job, ur bike will be ready to support 1/2 aux lamps too.
If u've any plans to go for HIDs then u need to convert the electricals to DC. Ur present electricals are AC+DC system ie; lighting will be from the alternator (dynamo) and the other self starter,brake lights, horns will be from battery. Battery needs DC (direct current) for charging and a halogens can be lightup either by AC/DC and thats why the lighting is on AC. Hope u got an idea about the electricals. If u doesnt have any general awareness pls take a help from an auto electrician to avoid messing up.
So first u make up ur mind and get back, we all here to extend a helping hand to u
.

Hid and halogens are different types of bulb . the h1,h3,h7 etc are the holder type . your bike will need a bulb that is an h4 type one . h4 is a dual filament type i.e it has both hi beam and lo beam while h1 ,h3 ,h7 are single beam .Originally posted by karan.gohil View Postthanx dude....for ur quick reply....

i hv fixed normal philips bulb....h4 55/60w....still i am not happy with the light....can i add somting to it....to get more light.....i dont wnt to got for.....hid......Happy Biking!!!

be it hid or be it halogen you need more ,thats it.
in terms of power source its the direct source current or dc is the best,its stable like cars,not affected by rev of the machine,be it a 1k or 9k the light will be same.
you can do it by the following link i am posting..
after you are done with it you can use 100watt halogen or 130 watt halogen or 2 55/60 watt bulbs or 2 hids your car.
just remember that the equation is...
one hid 35watt 4300k= or more then >>130watt halogen.
just think you can use 2 hids with this mod which is like using 2 huge 130watt halogens.
i am using two hids now on highway rides on bike.its better then my stock lights of my scorpio or swift!!sigpic

- custom rectifier
- autopal 7 inch high beam,100watt
- lumax 5.25 inch low beam ><2,each 55watts
- 2 ><8 amps ups battery=16amps of raw storage

ya a tractor indeed in terms of more then the light as the immence torque this maniac pulsar produces ,dont ask ganesh also he also dosent know what is the cubic capacity after last time he used a esteem piston on it,,,,,,

its better to ride a tractor like this on onindian roads where we cant even see wahts on the road @night and is seen also the rear wheel is in the mud because we all do offroading a fair bit on road also

Guys....i have a question about the OSRAM NB 55/60
since every one had recommended the ONB..i got them long long back and have been using it.was happy with it since it obviously had a better output than the stock 35W.
but yest i put the ONB to my car on one side...the other side had the stock HALONIX 55/60 and i was surprised to see that they were both pretty much the same!
except that the ONB was slightly whiter..i dint find any diff. in the output!
now...is the ONB really worth it?considering the HALONIX cost less than the half of ONB??Smoke rubber,not tobacco.
