Hi guys, need some suggestions regarding Led headlight. i have a 2007 model Bajaj xcd 125 with Full dc system. currently using 35w halogen which is pretty bad. recently i have been riding at night and need better lights. after reading this thread it seems like these are recommended by some people here --

but i don't think it will fit as the area behind bulb is not enough. and i have seen newer leds without fan instead they have some steel stripes. but i don't know if those are better compared to stock 35w halogen.

are there any better options available in 4300k warm white ? my budget is max 3500rs. don't want more than 35w but i really want better and more light compared to stock 35w halogen. thanks. also , i don't want those leg guard leds as i don't like the looks.

Finally got the mot awaited accessories for my MOJO i.e the foglamp and I am quite impressed by its quality and light . Definitely its worth the money spent and now I can munch miles during night happily . Its a 25 Watt CREE led fog lamps

Check this video for complete details and review https://youtu.be/s4Fc09pyJ2Y

Also if you are from Bangalore dont use it during the day time as it attracts COPS as some of my friend reported , but no issue in Pune .

    Dear forum members
I own a discover 100 4g and I want to remove it's fairing and put in a round head lamp. I have seen a few discovers in Hyderabad for which this work is neatly executed and on some shoddy work was done like fixing clamps. Can you members suggest where in Hyderabad can I get this work done neatly. Also please share your veiws on this modification. Headlamp should focus great and should hold this current light holder setup.also what can be done to the pilot headlamps?
How much would this modification cost.

    Thanks
    Srinivas

The R15 would need the H7. You could check out the Cyclops bulbs. They seem to be pretty good. Found them on www.bikenbiker.com

6500K rated LEDs. Would be white blue. Useless in rains. Please avoid. Legally, you can't exceed 4300K but LEDs aren't that warm. Try staying within 5500 K.

Hi, I am new here. Sorry for my noobness if this question has been asked earlier. I have an Yamaha R15S and was looking to fit projectors for the headlight. One of mu friend said Ktm RC200's projector would fit properly. Is that true. If not then where can I get one fixed. I am looking for LED projectors not HID ones as I have heard it starts giving issues after few months.

Will coil rewinding help resolve my problem?.
Any possible solutions to my problem?.
    Plz help me.
    Thanks in advance.
Coil is must and safest bet. I used it in my bike for over 2 years without any issues

Straight off, I am not impressed with the headlights. My daily commute has a few areas where there is a lack of street lights and in these stretches, all I can see is the glare from oncoming traffic. The road in front of me is not visible under my headlights (Reflective markings along the edge of the road are a boon).

I am hence planning to upgrade to a HID with projector setup, and I have a few questions regarding that.

    1. Could you suggest any good stores in Bangalore where I can get the same installed. (Preferably around Marathahalli)

    2. What are the legal limitations? Are HIDs allowed?

    3. Should I go with 35 or 55w HID? (Can my bike support 55w?)

    4. How much difference does the projector make, compared to just installing an HID bulb in the regular bulb socket.

    My budget is around 2k.
    Thanks in advance.
