The problem is with Bajaj's design. Having worked on AS200, my observation is that the low beam projector cannot be focussed on the road properly. Even a the lowest setting, its not low enough. Don't know why bajaj doesn't pay attention to such small details.

Though I did not try, but I personally feel, we can slightly bend the mounts to resolve this issue. Anyone willing to fix it should give it a try.

What I suggested should be a cake walk for any professional customizer in your city. Also, there should not be any need of cutting a single stock wire. Everything should be a plug and play.

I have difficulties in riding at night at high speeds because I find the projector intensity being low. I tried adjusting the focus but it has not been very fruitful. Can anyone suggest me options for better visibility at night on high speed riding? I am open to ideas and please feel free to make your suggestions. I will be glad to hear about it.
P.S.: I ride on highways, monsoon and uneven roads very often.

Try installing led headlight bulbs.they are way brighter, direct fit to the stock holder and consume less power compared to halogen bulbs.i havent seen any good quality ones till now here in the local market but you can source them from aliexpress.

Has anyone tried it?how is this?Does it gets more light? Does it damages circuit?
Please don't buy this light. It is like the worst led you can come across, Its like a cheap torch, just a small spot beam on the road and nothing else.

Try to fix a 4300 kelvin, H7 type HID bulb into the low beam projector. Use a 35 watts Ballast.

make the connections in a way that the Low beam projector keeps running even when you switch to highbeam.

High Beam = low beam HID + high beam halogen.
