How to align the aim of projector high beam vertically ??

    Hi,
Recently I have installed projector headlights to my new bajaj v, but the problem is the aim of white high beam light is too high.
I have asked the mechanic to adjust the light but he was not able to do that and told me may be showroom mechanic can do that without removing the whole headlight.
So,please suggest me how to do the alignment vertically because I am not able to use the high beam as because it may blind drivers from opposite side.

can i plonk an 55/60 w halogen in my pulsar 135? i have replaced the pilot lamps and no plate lamp with leds! do these led headlights come in 35-40 w and 4300k spectrum? i don't want to go with anything over 4500 k. i guess hid initial amp draw is huge and then it works better in a projector, right? how much will and hid with projector cost? a bi-xenon with both hi and low hid beams?

I've used the same headlamps. The output is good but white light easily gets diffracted when there is light from oncoming vehicles making it useless. Please check my earlier posts buddy and decide based on that.

I didn't think about that, if that's iron dome, I'm not sure how that works.

If I'm not wrong, as your headlight output is not dependent on throttle, it's just plug and play. Remove the old bulb and install this, that's it.

I checked with the local electroplating shop, they said the glass definitely need to be removed before plating.

Re: Need to install cyclops h4 led 3800 lumens in Apache RTR 180 abs new

Guys, can i know someone's experience of using the bright LED lamps in Rainy conditions? how much does it really help? Also, would tinting the white light to Yellow be of any use in Rain?

Buddy, i dont know about RTR180 ABS, from your description, it looks like DC..,
but for the LED's, DC is not essential They would run, but do not run fine. I used 30 rupees T10 1W SMD LED's on my GS150r and they worked for some time(maybe for 2 weeks).. i could notice them flickering becos of the AC.
On the other hand i used another T10 3W LED's which lasted only for 2 days. The problem being, the resistor couldn't handle the current, burnt and later failed the LED.
so, using the LED headlight directly on AC might light up the LED..but could go kaput really soon.(haven't tried this! )

It is mentioned that cyclops led will work only on dc.. I don't know that my bike has a dc supply to the headlight or ac. How can i check that.?
The RTR180 ABS is D.C for sure. The LED will work fine.
The pilot light on my bike are led. I'v installed and used HID on my bike, no problems.
I have tested my friends "cree" LED H4 on my RTR180 ABS before he installed the led on his CBR150r. Worked fine!

Bro, IF RTR180 ABS was AC (and without any electrical mods) .. How would a h4 H.I.D work fine on A.C? How would a T10 LED pilot lamp work? How does a "CREE" h4 LED bulb glow the same on a RTR180 ABS and a CBR150R, with the engine off (CBR150R also AC?) ?
Buddy, I'm no Electrical/ Electronics engineer.. Please help me understand the results of my experiments/observations/experience with my RTR180 ABS.

    Cheers!
