I say these word because the VFM will not come handy when your bike/car breakdown somewhere, or you leave your office work and keep visiting the service center for small adjustments, here the reliability saves time and cost! Why do you think Volvo/MAN trucks are better? For their cost? Nope, for thier sheer cost/km of running over the period of life with very less breakdown time! I dont stress people to pay a huge premium over what the vehicle is worth (like the 50-60k super splendor which are no where near as good as Yamaha SS125) but if there is some better choice either from same manufacturer or other, you really dont need to be loyal to your old company. After all its your money, so its better to make right decision. I sure do think you too share same idea of what I am saying here.

Its true that Bajaj is trying to mend their ways with Pro service stations and bringing better technology. I would still say "Go for the better in your budget always, being loyal to brand name has got nothing to do with it!" so be it Bajaj, Honda, Yamaha or Suzuki, decide on the one that suits your needs the most.Originally posted by sayank10 View Post

True, even before the 200NS launch I am seeing flaws! I cannot say how well the 3 spark plug really helps but I really have doubts regarding the exhaust below engine, specially on indian roads and in rainy season water can seep in or stones can hit it. Also seems like the 200NS really wants to take on the FZ with big body and more plastic or fiber which means small scratch or crack means replace the panel which is really costly, what might the onroad actual mileage be, how is the gearbox mated, how well is their service mechanics trained to handle the new bikes once ppl start buying it for cheaper pricing etc!Originally posted by sayank10 View Postthat's why i am upgrading to rtr abs despite of launch of p200 ns.There are no short-cuts to any place worth going. bajaj did it with 3 spark plug whille ktm uses only one spark plug, have you noticed how complex the design is under the chasis?and the claimed mileage figureOriginally posted by prajnyan View PostTrue, even before the 200NS launch I am seeing flaws! Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

true that! An Bajaj fanatic will never give up his pulsar and having twin spark wasnt enough, now with 3 spark plug the complexity of setting the right time for each spark to come matters a lot, even slight change and you will end up with overheating engine or mileage drop!

are nahi bhai.. actually i just saying what I heared.. from local mechanics.. if you are from Delhi.. you must know the place virender nagar, near Jail road... new delhi..
If i am not wrong there are atleast 30-35 shops for bike accessories + mechanics..i asked them about suzuki... they 9 out 10 reply are in negative... i am also a buyer... needs to go with that product which will stick with me for atleast 5 years........ I agreed only this GREAT COMMUNITY XBHP.. imposes soo much positive for gsr.. which is really great.. to see... even I am postive towards gsr , but only worried abt that this product is very rare on roads.. may be i dont know the exact problem of this.. but "KaM hai tu kyo hai ager itne ache bike hai toooooo"

I was reacted on this line "Try to find the facts yourself rather than blindly believing others."Originally posted by sayank10 View Postwell vikyanth never said you are misleading.try to understand words correctly.i think you are bowled over by gizmos that cbz offers, practical buyer doesn't need that.gs 150 r is anyday better product than cbz and i stand by my statement.
I never said gsr-150 is bad bike.. never ever.. infact after reading soo many forum here in this great XBHP website even I am 90% in favour of gsr.. but only the problem that struck in my mind his.. "if the bike is too good then why there are few on Delhi roads...."""""""""""" are ppls out of their mind that pulsar & extreme rule the charts....
this things just confusing me .. why?????

actually suzuki has failed to promote thier product big time and they are yet to set up strong dealership network, many common people don't even know gs 150 r exists, you will be astonished to know that i am yet to come across a suzuki showroom in whole kolkata.if you have dealership near your home then only opt for gs 150 r.otherwise travelling 50 km for getting your bike serviced will be pain in the ass.Originally posted by jammbuster View PostI was reacted on this line "Try to find the facts yourself rather than blindly believing others."

getting it tubeless-ed is good idea.for the first 1000 km keep you rpm needle under 4000 marks.ride at a speed under 50.don't ride at a single gear too much, shift gears, open up throttle some time ,get it serviced according to indicated interval.for more info refer to gs 150 r ownership thread.they are better to answer you queries.Originally posted by jammbuster View Postok any special care needs to be taken for early 1000 km let me know..... because i will change tyre to TUBELESS soon i will take it out from showroom..and the question remains why do i race?

Looks like CB Unicorn will be the best bike with respect to comfort. Actually where to fix the side handle as there are no conventional shock absorbers. Any photos of unicorn with Side handle fixed.?Originally posted by sayank10 View Postwell mono-suspension aids in comfort.you can always fix side-handle with hook.you are also advised too check out gs 150 r.
What price can be given for a 2006 July unicorn single owner 35k KM's run kick start only bike in Bangalore. I know it depends on the condition , but a rough estimate would be handy.

.35k km that's a lot of mileage run, although honda refinement can be trusted, slight harshness of engine creeps in.it doesn't even come with self start.rough estimate according to me would be anything around 30k.my advise>
try finding another bike
