at least HH should have upgraded ZMA with tubeless tires ....rest of the things are ok for me...like rear disc brakes and digi speedo...
lack of tubeless tires bothers me a lot....as I am also very much confused between p220, zma, rtr 180 and p180 upto some extent and now news of all new p220 and duke 200 are also coming dont know what to do....

In what ways you think the P180 and Apache (X ABS Part alone) you think is dated when compared to the ZMA, also I would include the ZMR to this account.

We should admit the fact that ZMA was a bike which was futuristic during its launch.
          what technology youre talking about?

Mine too a 2006 model ZMA,ran nearly 17100+ kms and calculated my total maintenance expense of my bike including services, parts changed in small accidents etc and it all costed me 9900rs.Major part was for brake pad,I got it changed for 2200rs+ and engine overhaul 2000rs(Caused due to unexperienced SVC mech! ) so only 5000rs expense,It doesnt seems to be so costly to me,These expense exclude my current accident expenses. A pic from me:

                    hi all

thanks for your valuable suggestions. during my diwali holidays, i had a test drive of these bikes Karizma R and P220, just for namesake as i have already driven these bikes number of times. i feel when riding P220 iam more in control and has been more easy to maneuvre. but my heart says i want Karizma R, the looks or the reliability of HH or what i don't know why.
i will specify my use which will be mainly city commuting of around 5-6 kms only per day. a tour once in 2-3 weeks which will be in the range of 75-150 kms during a saturday and sunday.
mainly city commuting, now don't ask me tro go for a unicorn/ hunk/ glamour or anything..

Btw: i like Hunk too ... ohh my God .. iam seriously confused........

Your heart is set on ZMA then you should go for it. Once you have bought the bike(other than ZMA) and ride out of the showroom and you see a ZMA you shouldn't feel like "oh i love ZMA! I should have bought that instead of this". I had my heart set on a P220 and i went for it even after people talking about the quality issue and stuff.

I agree they may be old but in the end they prove to be quite reliable bikes for their customers
