My Question(s): What do you guys think of a 2008 model ZMA-R, 19k kms run, clean lines and well maintained, available for Rs.44k? Should I grab it or leave it?

Yep,Only 19k old,2008 model and that too for 44k. Its a good deal,Check whether the bike have any serious problems like wobbling or any engine related problems. Also check with SVC whether the bike is serviced regularly at regular intervals.

It might not be very relevant but I sold my May 2006 ZMA in 2008 with 40 k on odo for 27k, the bike had a engine seizure and was repaired in HH SVC.

Thank You very much for the Ultra Quick response. Awaiting word from the owner. I rode the bike and there are no wobbles. Just a slight hiccup was noticed around 3k rpm, lean tune? Apart from that, all looks good. Will keep you all updated on the thread suggested by Aneesh.

@Thread Starter: This bike is old if you consider the launch date, but if you don't, then the question does not arise. The only major spec it loses out on is FI, which for most of us is not a deal breaker. Also, was Never a fan of digital meters, Love needles scurrying around. Hence, if you share my thoughts, the bike is Not Obsolete for at least another 2-3 years. By then the current/up coming bikes would have made a mark. These are my thoughts, hence contemplating picking up a per-worshiped Karizma. It would be my second bike after my 10 year old Suzuki Fiero, which I still don't consider obsolete.

Keep us updated on your thoughts and decisions.

Bullet lovers want bullet not digital stuff and newer tech. They just know what they want, and what the Bullet offers.

Just listen to your heart and be optimistic. You like a Karizma, just go for it. I've ridden it extensively, and trust me, it serves beautifully.

If you think like this, I dont think you'll even be satisfied with the Busa, you'll be wanting newer tech.

Even I thought on it a lot, and the thought of possibly getting something better still haunts me (even after booking). (GOD: Please help me! )

Good Luck on your purchase and keep us posted!

i have made up my mind
