      - Or else When I got good finance option I will definitely wants to go for ... Enfield twin spark ( but this might be in future)

      - Low on maintenance... It's Bajaj means cheap spares / maintenance (as compapred to others)
      - Comfortable... Do I need to explain..!?

Reasons why I mentioned Avenger... It's comfort and your other requirements (please see above in BOLDs)... And not the styling...

HM extreme is a good option... Low on maintenance, good FE and also can fetch a decent resale price when you want to sell it and upgrade to a higher bike...

                  - Maintaince - depends on your care for bike.... but spares are cheap in bajaj
                  - Mileage- around 35
                  - Good for atleast 5 years????- again depends on maintenance, my dads p150 classic is still going good except the brakes... my p220 just 1 year old

                  Pl suggest

Looks smaller to me.. in height... but if you say p220 is good while good care.. then it will not be a problem for me

The biggest reason why xBHP people upgrade their rides within 5 years is the need to get something faster / better and NOT because they have used it up completely and there is no life left in their existing ride. So if someone sells off his 2 year old P150 only to get himself the latest P180, the reason for sale is obvious.

My point here is, get the bike that you feel will keep you satisfied for the longest. Because as clearly shown by most long term users, as long as you do not crash the bike into a mangled mess, there is always usable life remaining in the bike even beyond 5 years. (TR any 2007 P220 Fi right now and you will know precisely what I mean.)

If you love the bike now, there is a greater chance that you will keep it beyond 3-4 years. AND in the event that you do get bored with it, there is always someone called Joel Joseph who can help you cure the boredom . My own bike will be 3 years old in August and is currently at 37k km. AND I intend to keep this one till the time I reach 1 lac km (by hook or by crook ) because I loved my bike back in 2009 AND, though I am a little bored with its performance, I still love my bike for what it has given me all these years.

So essentially, the thing to check is not 'Which bike will last 5 years?', because most modern bikes will easily last that much with just regular servicing and part replacement. The problem to address is 'Which bike will I be happy with for the next 5 years?'

                      My Suggestions:
Since you have a bad back, the most comfy bike in your budget is the one you should get. That would be KARIZMA-R. The side benefit for this is, there is enough aftermarket support for the bike in the event you get bored with its performance after 3-4 years.

Off Beat Suggestion: You are only 31 and have your entire life ahead of you. I would suggest you to hit the Gym and gradually exercise in consultation with a Doctor and personal trainer to strenthen that back of yours. That way, the bike you buy can be the one you actually love.
Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

OK... .... currently i am having passion pro for daily commuting; I am planning to buy bike more because of weekend’s long drive…

                        Now tell me
                        1) How is fazer good?
                        2) P220

An year ago i choose p220 over fazer..... Because of its 21ps power and those projector lamps.....
But it depends on your likes.... Fazer has very good smooth engine and gear box..... Because its yamaha....
But in long rides i suggest p220 for its stability and you can cruise at 80+ without any stress in engine....

                              bike for you..

as you are inclined towards fazer or a p220 or any other bike.. Let me help you out with some facts..
Though i have read a lot about your requirements, one being mileage.. I would suggest a simple p180 (i hope it is selling still!!)
                              why not fazer-
though i own this bike and absolutely love its performance but i feel after 95k/hr the bike is sluggish, it metts my requirements of cruising around 85, but may not meet yours - though it goes upto 125(reported by many users) but then its idle rpms needs to be changed and stock bike give 40 with inc. rpms may be it will give 30 mileage!! Secondly its rear tire costs 3k and needs to be changed every 25k kms.. Fazer has many many benefits like wind tunnel tested fairing, monoshock, dual lights, cool looks, low centre of mass, smooth engine, widest front suspension, good riding posture etc etc.. But will not suit you i think.

Just yesterday rode a friends pulsar 180 and man it was 60,000 km old single spark bike but the smoothness was just amazing..
For you and your wife a bike should have good pulling power.. Hence you cant go for anything less than 180 cc.. Apache is small, yamaha doesnt sell ; r15 is beyond your budget, honda has karizma, bajaj has many.
Only two left for a good choice -
                              A. Pulsar 180, 200 (not ns) and 220.
                              B. Karizma.
Test drive both, but my bet would be 180 if it is selling right now or 220.. As 220 and karizma has nearly same mileage!
I really hated pulsars after reading reviews, over-heating problems, gear box.. But a pulsar well kept will last a good 80k atleast.
