He gave us temperory registration just to bring it to our city! After reaching here in Thane we registered it. But i guess that t-registration is valid till 48hrs or 1 week not sure!
Bro money is not the matter, but the feeling that you feel. We brought it because we wanted it and can't wait for 6 months or other bike. It's you who will decide whether you go with that showroom or you will opt other way ??? Show room should not have a problem with this my friend, they do all stuff apart from final registration.

forget it yaar.. i will not buy bike with tht helmet.. that's a sure.....

No matter i am getting tht bike or not.. but i will not give those rascle a even a single penny

the stunner like the shine has considerable and irritating vibrations at speeds above 40....vibrations aint good for long drives...and the seating in stunner is weighted forward so it might strain your wrists on long drives......moreover the spare parts availabity is worse(my friend had to wait for 4 months just for broken front visor).....as you are quite tall i would recommend a good 150cc bike like unicorn,gs150r,hunk/xtreme of which any one would suit you and even provide good FE...

test drive all the bikes and im sure you will find your perfect match..

Hero showroom in our place(Tirur,Kerala) gives the customer an option to buy Helmet from them

@Thread starter: What speed do you ride on an average? if it is above 55 forget Shine and Stunner, while twister engine sounds strained at higher speed, there is no vibrations coming from it and its way cheaper than shine and stunner along with better FE.
If you ride in an average of 70kph of above: Go for Slingshot/Yahama SS125/ add some more money and get a SZR

And don't forget to TR new Disco

Cbz's a good bike for persons upto 6-6.5ft...ha a refined engine..my friend's xtreme is 6 months old and gives mileage around 45-50... not bad for a 150cc,146kg bike... does not have prominent vibes but i have noticed slight vibes in handles after crossing 60... but they are minimal...has a lot of goodies(even an optional disk brake)...
Life's too short, stop worrying over it and live to its fullest and ride safe...

If you want comfortable bike with decent mileage you should definitely go for SUZUKI GS150R

As you are 6+ feet this bike is big and comfortable sitting posture.

And the bike looks big as well will look good on you

How good KARIZMA R ( White color) 2012 model

Yaar, I just loved the color yesterday i saw KARIZMA R in white color..

I am in love with that color, i asked for the price its 87,000 rs approx (on road)

I have no doubt abt karizma performance as i already had the same in past in the year 2008, but sold the same within 18 months, as got bad accident, as a result their parts at that time are really costly, fornt fearing if i rememebered correctly it was cost around 8,000rs....

What abt current situation , any further improvement in engine or its remains that same, what are the drawback + & - .

                Please elaborate this..

                  CBZ Extreme v/s Bajaj Pulsar

                  To all Xbhpian please help!!!
I have finalized four bikes by keeping my requirement –
                  1) CBZ Extreme – Cheapest of the four – likes 50% but not sure whether it will above to pull
                  2) Bajaj p180cc - after Extreme this appeal me most
                  3) Bajaj P220cc - Like the shape
                  4) Bajaj p200NS - Like the shape
So, now I required advice from all of you experts out there.
Please considered the following criteria before suggestion -
                  1) I am 6.4” tall and weight for both rider (pillion too) will gross towards 160kgs (calculation for both rider)

                  3) I am suffering from mirror acute back pain. (just a little)

                  4) So, Will any of above four bike suits us specially for touring purpose, occasionally for city purpose (ghar-office-ghar).

                  5) My Budget is not more than 95,000rs.

                  6) I know about KARIZMA R but I already used in past, not interested in buying gain.

                  7) I want at least 40 kmpl mileage

Please suggest bike out of above four (no more suggestion on any other bikes)
I want to use for at least 5 years.
I know all bikes have different characteristics.
Please considered all above point before making any advice.
                  Thanks for all your help

Gagan ji you forgot to mention that you will be riding the bike for 60km daily.
Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

Your all bold points apart from money matter, points to TBTS only but you don't want that !! and strickly on above bikes!

Still from your new concept above!! If you are considering re-sale then only CBZX will be in front! where as you are heighted and weighted too with a piilion 150cc would be a problem in long tours specially while overtaking from certain speed, riding ghats etc,

NS200 is nice and fits but it's not that comfortable that your back would accept it!! It's similar to P220 riding position, semi sports position.
But if you are keen then go with Ns200 only from above lot, but getting a 40kmpl would not be really practical!! consider it as <40kmpl only, if you get more then 40kmpl+ then WoW!! but still think on it. i don't think NS200 would be comfortable for pillion tours!!

A suggestion wait for few more months and get a TBTS only it fits your req exactly same to same!! even TBTS has good re-sale for it's comfort!!
Maintenance is what you take care of, new UCE engine won't hurt you more!! it's similar to normal bike maintenance, but 160kgs can be ridden effortless on TBTS only!! or any RE, But as your both height is awesome, so TBTS only!!

                      • I think P220 is for you, for almost 160kg, I think P220 is gonna enough at least, even you will not look good on a small bike (CBZ or P180 is not a small bike, but as compared to you it is ) and I think you will get around 35-40 KMPL, comfort is also good....

                            • Pulsars, over the years, have the best shock absorbers in India(not comparing the Monoshocks)
Though I find Pulsar 220 ,the most comfortable bike among them, but I cant say about P200NS(havnt ridden yet).
And talking about the CBZ Extreme,Hero Hunk is a more comfortable tourer than CBZ.
Payeng, and SunilG can clarify,About the comfort part of 200NS.

I have decided to use new bike mainly for touring purpose within 300-400kms.. or even some time for city .....

I want that bike which does not look smaller when I ride..

In the same , i want fuel ecomony not less than 40kmpl, also low on maintainability...what you suggest now...
