@harrypotter.27 If performance and fun are the main criteria, get the RTR160 or even an RTR180. You may even love the rev hungry engine, clip ons and the sporty riding position. You'll get dual discs as an option too.

If smooth engine and pure naked looks are what you're looking at, get the FZ. It's almost vibe free.

Get the 135LS, if budget and mileage are more important(shouldn't matter much considering you'll use less than a liter a week).

You can't go wrong with any of them. But TR all of them thoroughly and get the one that feels closest to your heart. Trust me, that 5-6km a day will change to 10-20 or even more
Since the on road price of FZ and Apache 180 is almost same I am ready to go either way.But the fact remains that FZ's mileage is pathetic. But still just to get an expert opinion is there a lot of difference between Apache 160, Fz16/S and Apache 180's mileage??
Actually I like both but am just a little bit favored towards Fz because of its mean looks..

You can expect 35-40 kmpl with some rough riding(shifts around 6k RPM) from RTR180 in city, same or 1-2 less on FZ. RTR160 gives 40-45 with similar style of riding. On the performance front, RTR180 is almost a second quicker to 60km/h than FZ. So, it's a choice between best power, mileage and looks for you

Previous question answered above, now coming to comparison between fz and apache, both are for streets, both are good but apache edges a bit over fz, better handling, better braking, more FE too, just see once mate and yes indeed both models are sold side by side, I liked the new model a little, it makes the Apache look meaner now . . .

        Cheers!!!

My bad, completely misunderstood this statement and suggest a used bike, which is not your requirement.

For the new ones.. I would vote for the 160 in your list.

RTR is the best option in the trio!! a good city bike as well as good on highways!
It has good top end and mileage as compare to others!!

TR is very necessary!! This will help you to consider the facts!
FZ is a good bike but when it comes to highway or touring it feels lack of power or breathless post 100kmph.
Though it goes till 115kmph but it takes good time to reach.

Handling is little more better in FZ! Comfort is also better on FZ but RTR is also close to it.

Average is better in RTR and is capable of good handling and highways. Which makes it good bike for overall needs when compared in trio.
                    You won't regret for sure!.

Alright so thats why I wanted to ask, is there any payment that has to be done for a test ride or any paperwork??I am pretty sure it is pretty straight forward but still i wanted to confirm..

I always ride alone, ie: no pillion. Never cross 50kph, never cross 4k rpm while accelerating.

Adding a pillion drastically reduces the FE. i usually get 41-43kpl with pillion onboard. But i have seen as low as 35-37kpl
I bought it for 79k 2 years ago.
