Duke 390 for a noob, Are you serious???
Anyways you wont get your license the same day you turn 18
, it's not sold readymade. Jokes apart, Buy a good helmet first, preferrably ISI/DOT/ECE certified one.

You mentioned that your Paa is used to riding Bullets, well All the bikes you have mentioned are way faster than Bullet, have a lot more feedback from throttle when compared to Bullets. Pathholes + Duke = Blown Shocker Seals if you dont pay attention to its maintenance. As far as topspeed is concerned, only CBR 250 does 150+kmph among the three and I'm talking about true top speeds, not speedo crap.Give a thought to Pulsar 200NS, its the duke 200 itself indifferent clothes and can take Indian roads.PS: Stay away from the Duke 390, its not a bike you learn riding on.

. Go for 200NS, its a great bike. I can't feel the difference though as I'm 6'1", for 5'7" + it shouldn't be a problem i guess.
