Am 6.1 ft I've never felt any issues so far on 160 4v !

187cm is equal to 6.1 ft only !

Yeah buddy, definitely baby Apache 4v is a perfect fit !
I've fallen to it mainly because of its amazing smoothness and refinement .(little vibrations beyond 120 speeds ,that too negligible! LOL)

*Eventhough seat height is normal like pulsars the seating position is the best bet ! (We can possibly duck in our thighs near the tank sides.)

You can refer the XBHP Apache4v 160 Ownership section for more info :

And the official website too :

PS: I wasn't impressed by the brief specs, not even on YouTubers but I was fallen with him after a couple of test rides !
*I rejected Hornet because for not having DC electricals and Engine kill switch!

The Engine cooling is more efficient where the TVS really gotta worked in , almost zero heat issues !

Apache 4v uses a oil cooler + air assist cooling system which is a Bliss !

You just walk and take a test drive and decide [emoji1360]

So it has to be a bike suitable for my height. I was thinking of buying Gixxer, until I saw many reviews, where they said its uncomfortable for tall riders.
So, please suggest me a motorcycle.

            Thanks.

Even P220 s are good but prices are near 120K I hope

Pulsar 150 owner since more than a lakh kms.

I would recommend the Apache rtr160 4v or the NS160. Very good handling machines.

But yes, nothing comes close to the maintenance factor of a Pulsar 150. Hope it helps.

TVS has best parts quality second being Bajaj.

Mileage now is 35-42 on hills (my daily run is only hills), usually riding 3rd / 4th gear. On the highways it does return 49-51 at 65-75 speeds.

Service intervals - Tappets need adjustment at 7.5 to 8k kms.
Engine oil being used since last 3 services is Motul 7100 10w50 (fully synthetic). I change it every 6-7k kms.

So service interval can be said to be 7k kms.

I do tighten the chain time to time, lubing and cleaning it is rarely done though, being honest.

                    Now what has aged ?
The engine ! It is harsh, way rough than newer pulsars, but does not have any bad sounds or any high vibrations.
Also, it can not go beyond 110 on GPS and honestly, I can't push it past 85 on twisties here.
The engine sound has changed to become very grunty and sounds very nice to my ears.

Plastics have aged and the rear tail lamp has many minute cracks, same for the headlamp unit.
The rear cowl is broken due to my habit of taking it to some bad off road sections for this motorcycle, the speedo plastic cover is broken too.

Apart from this, every electrical thing works great.

I am running on motul as stated above, ralco speedblaster 50-50 tyres for the rear and MRF Masetter for the front, no mods done except a charger socket.

                            LOL!!

Don't blindly believe the reviews, YouTubers (not abusing all).

Really many are nowadays just to get reputation sake they are creating fake reviews, tests bla bla.

You can't guess anything just by seeing it in a review written by few stupids!

You can just do a couple of things to conclude:

                            1. Ask the owner of the bike (anyone)

                            2.Test drive it .

                            My opinion:

Generally all bikes will heat (much), especially during run-in period!!

Am just saying the heat management is better and I've tested it too.
                            * To my knowledge there's no such heating issues.

No no ,no vibes at all !!

You can ask anyone else who owns 160 4v or test ride yourself ASAP.

*160 4v seems much smoother than any other APACHE !
