    Pulsar 180 or Apache 180

    I am thinking of buying a New Bike for Me and My Choice includes P180UGIV as well as Apache180.

    I have earlier owned a P180UG2.1 briefly during 2008 for few months.

    I took test ride of P180 today and it looks fine and I am almost 90% sure on this Bike now.
    I tried the Dealer at Thodupuzha(nearby town) and they have no stocks of Apache 180!!!.How great? .They Promised of a test ride on Monday though.
    Few doubts I have is,P180 felt smooth to me and I have no option to test its topwhack as it is a new bike they gave me for test ride.

    Some review says Apache 180 although a little more powerful and less weighing and may be slightly more responsive +BUT got a big issue of Vibration?Any Truth in it?
    Also ,tell me some more recommendations?I want a bike which is easy to maintain,spares availability ,comfort etc are the concerns.

      this is the toughest what bike question i seen...
      both have best features and VFM,
      RTR has some vibe issues but owners says it gives Feel of Power,
      with RTR you can easily get 130+ (manan sir got it during tour with ken sir),
      i test rode both some time ago, and RtR felt a bit more sportier, and flickeble..

      I would suggest you RTR...
      see what other member says

      EDIT: with RTR you can enjoy Rev free ride as it has No Rev limiter,
      you can rev engine upto 12000 rpm..

        test drive the RTR 180 ... and rip it till top... dont worry even if the guy sitting behind you says no ...
        then you ll get to know that the vibs are bearable by you or not ..

        some people say vibes keep them awake ... and give them a feel of power ... etc and some hate those vibrations ....
        so i guess it depends on you

          Thanks for the replies.I test rode Pulsar 180 briefly and I think it is fine.Apache 180 is not available ex-stock here yet.I shall wait and take a test ride before making a final decision.

            Go for the RTR180 asap...the bike has an awesome low end and midrange torque and feels very light when compared to the pulsar 180...RTR can even give R15 a run for its money

              It has to be the RTR...Honestly speaking,the vibration issue is not much of a problem to look into.I don't think you'll be revving all the way when you ride... Besides you get extra equipment on this...As you said,have a test ride and I promise that you'll just love it...

                go for apache.. It is far better than P180 in terms of power and performance..

                  Apache 180 RTR vibrates in the 6-7k rpm zone. Other than this zone, not much vibes. Spares availability will be better for P180, but both are almost the same in this regard. P180 would be more comfortable and Apache180 would give better performance.

                    Il suggest u to go for p180.as ive ridden rtr efi 160 and p180 u could easily feel d difference between d two.p180 seems to b a Honda after drivin rtr coz in rtr vibrations r on d upper side.i own n p180 and never had face any problem in 1nd half yrs of experience(15ks).
                    Il say if u want n adrenaline rush of power n better handler go for rtr.if u want n decent performer handler go for pulsar u wont repent later.i cud any day vouch for pulsar as still tvs is sluggish as far as after sales service is concerned.

                        oh!So many Apache 180 Recommendations!I am a heavy guy(108kg) and neither am into racing stuffs.I want a comfortable and powerful bike.Hoping I can take a test ride on Monday of apache 180.

                          RTR180 is kick a$$...... just go for it.

                            Just test ride, then u simply feel RTR 180 would be right option for its performance & awesome handling.

                              I have been riding P180 Ug2 for almost 4 years, go for the P180, UG4 is more comfortable & refined and it looks bigger than the previous P180s. I have test ridden a rtr 160 fi, it was too cramped, had a very twitchy front end, and vibrations were very noticeable and distracting. Apache 180 looks like a promising bike, Test ride both the bikes before u buy one, why not stretch your budget a liitle and get the Fatest Indian
