    • A very nice initiative Shilpi. That shows the attachment u have with your Fiance.
Congrats for booking the bike. I hope to see u as a happy woman tomorrow.
And dont forget to buy a good helmet and safety gear for both of u.
      All the best.

PS- My gf was ready to gift me an R1 after we would get engaged after 5 years. She also had the cheque ready from her mom. But we broke up. Atleast for the R1 i should have kept my cool.

It is so exciting….also I heard him 1-2 times praising the RTR180…I think somebody in his office might have got it….and he was saying it is a very good bike….with the issues of previous RTR160 solved in this version…
And I am happy that I am gifting him the same….
Oh by the way I booked a White color…..obviously…I suppose….
no other color looked as awesome as that…the main thing is that it needs more of a cleaning than the other colors….

                            • @ Shilp - great one... Had never gone through the thread.. now having gone through... am just mesmerized...

Reminded me of the purchase that me and my gf made in 2007.... That time despite having a P150 - I wanted an upgrade... but rather than a surprise.. we did the planning... saving up the dough... and bought it together.. it was an XTreme.. had been launched just 20 days before... with a waiting of 2 months in Hyd... So after searching all showrooms in all districts nearby.. we got the bike and the colour in Raichur, Karnataka... We went there after work (read: left Hyd at 6PM) reached Raichur at 2130, took delivery and rode it back all the way to Hyd reaching at 3 AM!!! It was one fun ride!!

May He shower his choicest blessings on you both and do post pics asap...

And Many Wishes to your fiance on his birthday today!!!

                              • You can go for the Suzuki GS150 R thats really comfortable for you and also a good bike with 6 speed gear box or the best option is you increase your budget a little and gift him the fastet indian on road aka P220 n trust me for this thing you will never go wrong he will definately love it....Cheers
